Misunderstood

itChapter 13

I felt awkward after telling him because I knew nothing would really change. And I basically just met him a few days ago. Atleast I had my music to confide in.

After therapy we had free time and snack. I wish we had internet here so I could have stayed in contact with my SayWeCanFly family especially Braden but I knew I needed to get better especially for Braden.

It's hard being here, but I think it's helping.

After free time it's dinner pizza that sounds good.

I sat and ate my pizza with Marissa and Anderson, although it felt awkward being around Anderson.

"You know what?" Marissa says.

"What?" I say.

"I think I'm starting to like Alex......." She says blushing.

"Oh I can't wait to tell him" Anderson says.

"you better not! I will kill you!!" Marissa says.

Anderson laughs.

"Seriously don't tell him Anderson......" I say seriously. It was hard enough for me to tell you. Imagine how she feels."

"Okay" he says.

"Pinky promise?" Marissa asks.

"I don't do pinky promises! I'm a guy!" Anderson says.

"Just promise you won't" marissa begs.

"I promise I won't tell him" He says.

"Okay good." Marissa says sighing with relief.

"Hey guys" Anderson says breaking the awkward silence.

"What?" I ask.

"My therapist and doctor said I can be released tomorrow after being locked in here for 3 months!" He says giving us a high five.

"Oh. Good for you!" I say

"Yeah.. I'm going to miss you guys though" he says.

"We can call you when we get out of here ourselves" Marissa says.

Anastasia has come on for tonight's shift and has announced that dinner is now over.

Marissa goes to hangout with Morgan. Morgan is here for cutting and depression.. She has blonde hair and lip rings. Marissa is really good friends with Morgan so they hang out a lot. I'm left alone with my thoughts so I think about Braden. And when we first met. He and Melissa from my old school were the only ones who knew about my cutting.

It's September 13th

I went with my mom to see Braden to try to get both of our minds off of the miscarriage but she had no idea about the cutting. She had gone to the bathroom so I pulled Braden aside asked Him if I could talk to him for a second.

He was really supporting and nice, he said that it gets better and to never give up.

"When I come back I want you to tell me you're trying to stop. Promise me Chloe!" He said with tears in his eyes.

"I promise" I said with tears streaming down my cheeks.

"You can ALWAYS tweet me or post on my Facebook page and I will reply as much as I can" he said giving me a hug.

"Never give up, I love you" he whispers in my ear.

"I love you too Braden." I try to wipe the tears away before my mom can see that I've been crying but it's no use.
