Misunderstood

Chapter 45

"Stop!" I yell to braden.

"Okay okay." He says.

"What all did you tell her?" I ask trying to catch my breath.

"What do you mean?" Braden asks.

Like why does she want to spend so much money on me? I don't want her to spend money on me."

"She's just really nice." He says.

"We have to go soon." Kareena says.

"Okay I'll be right there." I say.

"I love you. I promise I'll go on Younow." He says.

"Can't we spend one more night together? It's my birthday...,"

"Sorry but we have to go check into a hotel so we have a place to stay until tomorrow." She says.

"Okay." I sigh.

I feel like crying I know I should be happy but I'm not.

"Bye." I say and hug him super tight.

In the middle of the night I wake up from a nightmare then I reach for braden and notice he's not with me. I start crying.

I decided to step outside to get fresh air so I can think.

I called braden.

"Hello?" He says sleepily.

"Hey i-it's me Chloe." I said.

"Hey babe" he says. "What's up?"

"Nothing just outside of the hotel."

"Why?" He asks.

"I had a nightmare"

"About what?" He asks.

"That the plane crashed"

"I don't wanna leave you" I start crying again.

"I'm sorry. I can see how much it would be for me to come and if I have enough I'll come." He says.

"Okay thanks " I say.

"Where are you?"

"Nevada." He says.

"You......drove........back?....."

"I was kidding." he says.

"Don't ever kid something like that! " I say.

I heard something from inside the hotel room. Oh no, Kareena.

She comes outside and finds me. "what are you doing out here?" she asks.

"I had a nightmare so I called Braden and I didn't want to wake you up so I came out here. "

"oh okay." she says.

"Sorry. " I say

" Braden I have to go. "

"Okay sweetie, i love you." he says.

"I love you too. I'll call you if I can. "
