I turn around.. And see Braden!
My eyes fill with tears and I run into his arms.
"Hey babygirl he says laughing.
Omg what did he just call me?!! I instantly smile very wide.
"My name's Braden and I sing for a band called Saywecanfly."
"They all know who you are already. I told them about you the other night at night group therapy" I say.
"You are so inspiring!" Marissa says to Braden.
"Oh cool. So does anyone have any requests? "
"Can you sing scars?" Marissa and Mia ask.
"Sure" he says and starts singing.
I started to cry.
When he was singing he kept smiling and staring at me.
I blushed.
"He's staring at you!" Marissa whispers
"I know" I say
"I wish I could go with him."
"If only that could happen" Marissa says
"Any other requests? " Braden asks.
No one says anything.
"Okay well I have a song I'm going to sing and its dedicated to Chloé.
Everyone gasps.
He starts to sing love note for a rainy day.
"Omg" Marissa says.
I start to cry "I love you Braden " I sob.
That night after group I can't fall asleep. It feels like there's something in my pillow
I feel a piece of paper and it says "when you find yourself caught out in the rain look inside your pillowcase and read that love note I wrote just for a rainy day. " -Braden
