Small talk.

Ash's POV

"Please tell me your not some vegan like Jed."Dean said in a disappointed manner.I was confused till I looked down to my untouched food.
"No.No it's not that it's just I don't have much of an appetite."He nodded.I heard Jed scoff and poke at his broccoli.I felt the alcohol in my system,it gave me some confidence.I slid a hand under the table and rested it on her thigh.I smirked when she didn't remove my hand.

Sarah's POV

I felt cold finger tips on my exposed thigh I looked to Jed and saw both of his hands on the table.I then glanced at Ash who smirked and looked at me.
"So.You two?How long have y'all been together?"She asked looking at Jed.He smiled then leaned forward.I felt her cold fingertips lift my dress slightly,I clenched my legs.
"Our one month will be in two days."I saw my mother smile from beside my father.
"That's a good one right there sweetie."She said earning a smile from Jed.My dad scoffed.I held back a smile.
"Sure hon."
"So Ash.What position do you play?"My dad asked.She focused her gaze on him and her hand rubbed my inner thigh,causing my legs to open.She smiled.
"I play attacker.Meaning I run up the field,steal the ball,and score."
"So you pretty much do everything?"
"I guess you could say that."She said as her and my dad kept talking about sports.Her hand reached my center and she brushed the outside of my bottoms.I bit the end of my finger and scooted my chair up to give her better access.I heard my dad clear his throat,her hand pulled away.I mentally groaned.
"I believe it's time for us all to be heading out."He stood up along with my mother.I stood as well and Jed held my hand.
'Fucking gross.'
Everyone said there departures,it was only my mother,father,Issac and Ash.Also Jed.I rolled my eyes.My dad put a hand on my shoulder and smiled.
"Honey it was delightful."He hugged me and pulled away.My mother walked up and smiled.
"Yes.Your check should be here next week."
"Mother that isn't necessary."She put a hand up.
"You may be an adult but that doesn't mean we can't spoil you still."They waves goodbye.
"Goodbye Jed."My mom said walking out.
"Oh Mrs Paulson let me walk you to your car."Jed said running after her.I rolled my eyes and sighed.I saw my dad look at me disappointed.
"Don't give me that look."
"You have really bad taste in men dear."He said patting my hand.
"Yeah it's not my expertise."He smiled.
"I know your only with him to please your mother,but you deserve to be happy."I smiled at him and nodded.
"Merry Christmas sweetie."He said as he hugged me.
"Merry Christmas Dad."He opened the door then looked back.
"That Ash girl seems nice.Id like to see her around here more often.This old house could use more of that rebellious spirit she has."He smiled and walked out.I stood there confused,Jed ran back inside out of breath.He had a red lipstick mark on his face.I sighed and walked to the kitchen I heard him follow.
"Your mom really likes me."I hummed as I poured a drink.
"I don't like the way your dad speaks about me.He needs to calm his ego down,considering he's not someone special."I looked up when he said that and I walked over to him.
"You will not speak about him like that in my house."He stared at me confused.
"You should be on my side here!He's some old fat crook,I don't owe him any respect."He slammed his fist down on the bar.I saw Issac and Ash walk in.Issac stood there behind him with crossed arms,and Ash leaned on the door frame with a smug look.He didn't hear them walk in and kept getting closer to me.Issac was about to intervene but I signaled him off,he nodded and walked off with Ash not far behind.
"Your supposed to agree with me Sarah!"
"Your a bum and you have no place to speak about my father that way.I want you out fo this house."I saw anger in his eyes,the same I saw the day Monica hit me.He raised a fist in the air and when he was about to hit me he stopped mid punch.His fist and inch from my face.His brows furrowed and he whipped around to reveal Ash holding his arm with a smirk.
"That's not very nice."She twisted his fist and he groaned in pain.

Ash's POV

She dropped his arm and he fell down.I was more annoyed than mad.I glanced up to see Sarah with a curious look on her face.
"He's by far the biggest downgrade in history."I said leaning down to him.He laid in a fetal position holding his arm.I grabbed his shoulder and picked him up,he whimpered.
"Shut the fuck up."I carried him outside.Sarah stayed quiet.I walked him outside the gate and let go of his shoulder.He stumbled and looked at me.
"Who are you?"
"Your worst nightmare motherfucker."I walked closer and he stepped backwards.
"Please don't hurt me again.I-I'll leave.Or if it's money you want I know her-"I cut him off by kicking his leg from under him.
"Why does everyone use her?"I thought aloud.
"Because she's hot and rich."I glared at him and before I could shut him up,I saw someone kick him in the crotch.My eyes shot open when I looked and saw Issac standing there.
"I-Issac What the fuck?!"The man grabbed his crotch.He grabbed his shoulder and picked him up,then punched him square in the face twice.I caught him when he stumbled.I turned him to face me and pulled out my knife.I ran the blade down his face and knocked his face.He hissed and I let go of him.I pointed the knife at him and signaled for him to leave.
"Get the fuck out of here.If you ever  even think about coming back I will kill you."He gulped and ran off.I folded my knife up and stood beside Issac.He held out a fist.
"Forgiven?"
I sighed and gently bumped his fist with my own.He smiled and wrapped an arm around me,I couldn't help but smile.
"You may be forgiven that doesn't mean you've redeemed yourself though."I said jokingly he laughed.
"Well I'll be spending the week with Eli.Meaning it's just Sarah here...unless~."He said.I shoved him and laughed.
"Dude you need therapy."
"And you don't."I turned to him and stifled a laugh causing him to bust out cackling.
'Maybe I can finally redeem myself too.'
