As in the title, it had been a week since the storm. Nothing much happened, not yet anyways.

Lafayette and Adrianne had been talking about something... rather important as the next step of their relationship.

"Ok. So we did wait a little, but I think that maybe it's time to... start a family." Laf suggested.

"So you're saying that... you want to try and have a baby?" Adrianne asked.

Laf nodded his head. "I am. I do. I just didn't know if you wanted to."

"Hon, I've been ready since we got married. I just wanted to make sure you were ready." Adrianne laughed.

"What? Really?" Laf asked.

"Yeah. I have some younger siblings that I used to have to take care of. So I know how to take care of a kid." Adrianne smiled. "So if you're ready, let's do it."

"Ok." He got really excited. "That's great."

"You're cute when you're happy." She gave him a little peck on the cheek.

"Heh, I'm more then happy." Laf cheered. "Maybe by this time next year, I'll be a father."

"Possibly. We should get in as many times as we can though. Just to give this little dream it's best chance." Adrianne joked.

"Ok. What are you doing tonight?" Laf asked with a smirk.

"Nothing." Adrianne smiled. "I guess I'll see you tonight."

Alexander and Eliza were trying to finally get an apartment. They weren't doing too well.

"Why is everything so expensive?" Alexander slammed his head on the table.

"It's New York, babe. Everything's expensive." Eliza laughed.

"Except for my salary." Alexander sighed.

"Don't feel bad. We just need a little more time." Eliza rubbed his back.

"I can't do this." Alexander complained.

"What's wrong? What haven't you been telling me?" Eliza asked.

"I'm working two part time jobs while still trying to study for college which need I remind you that my major is law." Alexander ranted. "I can't sleep, I barely find time to eat, and we still can't afford anything in this stupid city!"

"You got another part time job?" Eliza asked. "Alex, I told you..."

"I know." Alexander interrupted. "But you're my wife. I want to provide things for you. I want you to have a place to live that we can call our own."

"Alexander, all I want is a safe, happy, smart, healthy husband. You said you're not sleeping, you're barely eating? That's not healthy and that's definitely not smart." Eliza explained.

"I mean... Laf and Adrianne haven't even been married a year and they already have a place." Alexander sighed.

"Adrianne's aunt is a real estate agent.  She helped them find their apartment and at a really low price." Eliza said. "Alex, I need you to stop working yourself so hard. I don't want anything bad to happen to you."

"Relax, that's Laurens' thing." Alexander joked.

"I'm serious. Let's not forget that your family doesn't really have a record of living very long lives." Eliza stated. "This is playing with fire."

"I'm different. I'm gonna..."

"Alex, please." Eliza begged.

Alexander sighed. "I'll quit one of my jobs tomorrow."

"Thank you." Eliza smiled. She wrapped her arms around him. "Don't  worry about money. I just got a part time job. It's gonna take time, but we'll get there."

"I love you so much." Alex smiled.

"I know."

Laurens went to visit Peggy at Schuyler Manor. And the author is ready to scream if Laurens autocorrects to Lauren's one more time. Peggy wanted to show Laurens a movie and after it was over there was some... interesting discussion.

"So before tonight, I did not know there was a sequel to the Wizard of Oz. Before tonight, I hadn't watched this. What the heck was this?" Lauren's (AHHHHHHH!!!!) Laurens said.

"Return to Oz." Peggy replied. "I know that it's weird,"

"Weird? That was more terrifying than psycho." Laurens stated. "Why did they make this?"

"I don't know. It was the 80s, there were a lot of weird movies coming out." Peggy shrugged.

"Well, you live and you learn." Laurens laughed. "Oh, how come you never told me you had a black belt in martial arts?"

"You never asked. How did you find out though?" Peggy questioned.

"Eliza told me." Laurens explained. "What martial art?"

"Black belt is in taekwondo, but I did study a little karate, kungfu, and jujitsu." Peggy replied.

"How have you never told me this?"

After a few more minutes of discussion, they both heard the front door open.

"Shoot!" Laurens exclaimed.

"What? It's just my dad." Peggy laughed.

"I know, and every time I've been around him lately I do something that makes him think I'm an idiot." Laurens ranted.

"I think you're being a little overdramatic. Correction. I think you're being really overdramatic." Peggy rolled her eyes.

They both heard footsteps coming down the hall and Laurens hid in a wardrobe.

"Hey sweetheart," Philip came in and gave Peggy a kiss on the cheek.

"Hey, daddy." She smiled.

Then they both heard a shuffle from the wardrobe. They both turned their heads before Philip dropped his and sighed.

"He's in the wardrobe, isn't he?"

"Yep."

Laurens stepped out awkwardly.

"Hey Mr. Schuy... you know what? I'm just gonna go." Laurens walked out without making any eye contact whatsoever. As soon as he was out of the room, he bolted down the hallway for the door.

"I think you scare him." Peggy laughed.

"The boy's an idiot, but if you love him, I love him." Philip smiled as he kissed her on the head.

"You don't really think he's an idiot, right?" Peggy asked.

"Not like that. He's a very smart kid, but he doesn't have an ounce of common sense. " Philip joked.

"He didn't use to. It's probably from two years of living with Alexander rubbing off on him." Peggy giggled.

Laurens went back to his dorm. Alister was already there.

"How was your movie night with Peggy?" He asked.

"Movie was weird. My exit was weird." Laurens sighed.

Before Alister had the chance to ask what he meant, they both heard a knock at the door. Laurens went over to answer it and was unhappily surprised to see a police officer there.

"Please tell me this has nothing to do with my father?" Laurens mumbled.

"Excuse me sir, are you John Laurens?" The man asked.

"Yes." Laurens nodded.

"You're under arrest."
