Chapter 34: Marked and Mated

I wake up with the light shining in my face. I bury my face and groan into my pilow, my pillow rumbles and chuckles in response.

Wait, when do pillows do that?

I look up and open my eyes to see that Grant's beside me.

"Morning beautiful" he greets.

I sit up gently and realise that I'm not wearing anything but my undergarmets, I shriek and cover myself quickly.

"What happened? And why does my neck hurt?" I ask as my neck throbs in this certain place.

"Well since it appears that you have short term memory," he chuckles at the confused face I most likely have on. "You got marked and we mated" he brushed it off like it was nothing but his eyes held so much love and happiness.

My eyes widen and I absorb the information "We did what!" How can I not remember?

I really am messed up and I can say it twice.

No, your perfect.

I look at him asking for an explanation.

"Mate bond got stronger" he explained. So we really did mate.

Well not that I doubted him.

"But why can I not remember?" this was all too confusing.

Lately I've been forgetting alot of things then I'll remember all of it at once. Somethings wrong with me.

"Hey everythings fine, don't worry" he assures me.

He kisses my forehead and my eyes go wide.

His lips trail down to my neck as I'm pressed against a wall.

"Grant" I whisper, I'm out of breathe.

"I want to mark you so bad, but you're not ready" he murmurs.

I couldn't help but think once I was marked I would be fully his and he would be fully mine. I would become luna. I couldn't do it before

But now, I was ready. I need to be strong, a worthy luna.

"Then mark me" I say with confidence.

He stopped and looked at me, really looked at me. Lust filled his eyes and they began to flicker with black.

"Are you sure?" he asked, I knew he wanted to and he wouldn't do it without my permission.

I nodded.

Without wasting time I saw his canines come out and he lowered his head to my neck, I sucked in deep feeling his breathe get closer into contact with my skin.

"This is going to hurt a little" he warned before sinking in his teeth.

I gasped in the sudden change in events but I held my breathe.

Slowly the bite didn't hurt anymore, it was pleasure.

"Oh my gosh" he licked the wound and it made me go into an overdrive.

He looked up and his eyes had no sign of Grant, this was his wolf talking.

Then he kissed me with lots of passion and need.

He was my everything and I was his "I love you so much"

"And I love you"

He picked me up by the waist and I wrapped my legs around his torso.

Need I say more?

I hug him, I just needed to be his embrace to feel safe.

"Go back to sleep" he soothed.

Knock knock knock.

I sat up and checked the time 9:32 am.

"I'm going to freshen up" I wake up Grant who is currently sound asleep.

I go into the bathroom and change into a fresh pair of clothes, brush my teeth and brush my hair down.

I walk into the room and see Grant's still sleeping.

"GRANT! WAKE UP!!!" I shout.

With the sudden sound he jolts awake only to fall on the floor.

I giggle, more like snort but oh well.

"You know, I was expecting a softer voice to wake me up in the morning" he groans picking himself up.

I smile sheepishly and open the door "Someones downstairs, so get ready. Alpha" I mock.

I walk out the door and hear him grumble "Whatever you say, luna."

I smile in victory and make my way downstairs to the front door.

Someone was still knocking downstairs.

I open the door to be greeted by a familiar face.

"Surprise!"

"Uncle!"

Really short chapter! It isn't my best work sorry and I didn't want to put much detail.

I feel like it was all of a sudden all this but I felt like it needed to happen.
