Chapter 35: Surprise visit

I rush into my Uncle's arms, I missed him so much.

"I missed you so much, why are you here?" I ask looking up at my second father.

"I missed you too so I visited, hows my little girl" he smiled.

"I've been busy" I shrug and let him enter the pack house with his guards and beta.

"I can tell" his gaze burns to the side of my neck where my mark was.

I glide my fingers across my neck and blush a deep shade of red.

"Calm down, I'm just teasing. I know Grant's your mate, I wish you did tell me though" he gave me a pointed look and I apologise for not telling him. It just slipped my mind.

"UNCLE JAMES?!?!?!" I hear a screech upstairs, I look up to see a wide eye Valerie making her way down.

I rush to the side so I don't become a sandwich inbetween Val and Uncle James.

"I missed you! And I found my mate! And I'm really happy!" she babbles on and on.

At one point I could see all the people in the room roll their eyes at her.

"Alpha James its a pleasure to meet you again" I tense, Grant and Uncle haven't met each other formally yet.

Well of course they met because I was sent her but I mean Grant's my mate and Uncle James is like my father.

"Oh no formalities! Your my little girls mate. Call me James" he greets back with a handshake.

After settling down we were all having a cup of coffee discussing what happened while I was here.

"Now enough about the past, lets talk about your future" Uncle clapped his hands together and had an evil grin on his face.

"When am I getting Grandkids! Of course from Val and Angel" he mused.

"Uncle!" I screech with Val.

I was way too young to have kids, heck I wasn't even 18 yet.

"What? I'm just saying I'm not getting any younger. If you don't want kids yet then use protection" he shrugs.

I blush deeply and squirm in my seat feeling very flustered.

It was already embarrassing enough that my Uncle was talking about my sex life.

"Your so embarassing" I mumble.

"That's why I was born" Uncle winks.

"Angelica!" I hear a familiar little boy call my name.

"Little Warrior!" I open my hands for his embrace. He hugs me tightly and asks for me to play with him.

"Ethan I'm kind of busy" I sigh and apologise, he pouts at me.

"Pleaseeeeeeee" he claps his hands together and begs.

"Go on Angelica, I need to talk to Alpha Grant in private anyway" Uncle butts in. As if on magic Ethan's face lights up and drags me to his room along with Val.

Grant's POV.
As Angelica gets dragged away my brother Alpha James wished to have a word with me in private, so we made our way to my office.

I sat across from Alpha James.

"What would you like to talk about sir?" I ask politely.

"As you know, The Blue Moon Pack is one of the best packs in the country. Because I have no children the Alpha title will be passed on to the next Liveth." he pauses then takes another deep breath.

"I am far too old to run a pack and they deserve to have a strong Alpha"

"What are you saying?" I ask.

"I'm passing on the Alpha title to Angelica and her mate." he stares me straight in the eye.

My jaw slacks as I take in the new information. Angelica will be an Alpha.

"Sir, if I may ask. How will that work? Me and Angelica will be in different packs and I cannot allow that. She is my mate" I reply with confidence.

"Oh no, I have no intentions of separating you both, you see only male Alpha's can control a Liveth's reign, you will have to join your pack with the Blue Moon Pack. You will be Alpha of my people." he grins.

I'm going to be Alpha of one of the strongest packs?

I can take it if it means I can stay with Angelica.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all the support you have given me, I really am blessed because we've almost reached 40k! We've reached 1k votes aswell. It means alot to me so thank you.

On a bad not :( I have recieved a few comments saying that Angel is too weak and blah blah blah. I wrote her to be like that and everything will change in the book but I just want to write it in my own way. One even said they were dissapointed with my writing. I know my writing skills aren't amazing and I have many mistakes so please if you can't handle it just leave this book.
