You Can't Control Me Alpha [ON HOLD]

Chapter 8

"Are you sure I have to come, can't I stay at the pack house ?" I ask an impatient Val "Yes!" she tells me and grabs my hand pulling me towards the car.

I grumble and stare out the window I wasn't in the mood, which has been the only thing lately.

"We're here!" Luke shouts to all of us, I bet he had a plan for Val and she seemed excited because she could probably sense his nervousness. I walk out the car and follow behind them wherever they were headed and tried to keep as much attention off me as everyone from school was here, I guess this was everybody's getaway, including Abby.

It was sort of peaceful here, old style shops like a village and a field surrounding it, the forest wasn't far off but I felt like I've been here already, I couldn't have though since I probably would have remembered.

They went to this amusement park near by, nothing like modern fast ride but like an old carnival with carousels and cotton candy machines.

"Lets go on a ride!" Val suggests, Luke just smiles at her.

"Wanna come?" she asks me and Grant but, I shake my head in a polite way she frowns but soon after she holds Luke's hand and drags him to the line.

I'm left with Grant so I take a seat on a near by bench and he sits next to me with a few spaces between us.

He tries to start a conversation "Don't you want to go on a ride?".

In true facts I love rides, the thrill you get when you go at absolute speed feels amazing like your flying, but I think I'll pass this time.

"I'll pass this time" he had this concerned face but disappeared when his friends call him "Hey Grant! Come hang out with us!"

Then another screams "Don't worry I'll save you from the late bloomer!" the others laugh and I flush.

Great everyone hates me now.

He looks at me with concern and puts the jerk Grant on afterwards "Just go" I gesture and shift a little farther from him "Don't let the pathetic little late bloomer bring you down" I weakly smile when inside I feel like an idiot.

He glances at me one last time before he leaves. No surprise everyone feels ashamed to be next to me, isn't that just fucking fantastic.

Ugh. I sit there uncomfortably and try to listen to music when something catches my eye. A glimmer shining in the distant I try to squint to see what it was in the forest but couldn't focus, it started to flash memories in my head. I'm paralysed.

I was in a field around 4 years old.

"Angelica come out, come out wherever you are" my mothers sweet voice called, I made a mistake and giggled revealing my hiding place.

"Got you!" she jumped around the bush and picked me up "What am I going to do with you? You little rascal" she kisses my cheek and suddenly I start to get tired.

"Lets go and find your father, because I got a little tired bear on my hands" I agree and she brought me through a secret passage in the stone walls of a mountain.

"Honey you here?" she echoes across my fathers study.

"Boo" my dad sneaks behind her startling her a little "Jonathan" she mimicked a teachers voice and he wraps her in his arms and kisses her.

"Ewwww" I covered my eyes.

"Is someone a little sleepy bear?" my dad calls out.

"No!" I protest but that's when I yawned, giving up on how tired I really was.

"Come on lets get you to bed" He picks me up and walked out of the room and before he made it fully out I saw a little pendant on his desk, and that's when I dozed off.

The vision was over and I certainly was stunned. The light still stayed there and I decide to go closer, crossing the field ever so slow squinting trying to focus what the light was. I finally reach the centre of the field where the light was and looked to see the same place where my vision was.

I look around to see the carnival far away but no one there. Where did they go? I turn again to look at the light disappear and to be replaced by a rogue in human form.

I step back and try to run but I'm frozen in place.

"Awww what a shame... Too bad that pretty face will go to waste" he mimicked a sad face and smirked right after.

"W-w-what d-do you want?" I stutter stepping backwards my back presses against a tree.

"It's not me who wants you, let's just say it's my master" he smirks at my fear, "W-who's that?" I tremble.

"That's for you to find out" He traces hid cold harsh fingers across my cheek I feel so disgusted.

"Angel!" he turns round I move to the side seeing Val, Luke, Grant rushing towards me with a bunch others.

"Fuck" The rogue say's "time to go princess" his face so serious and the smirk is no where to be found, he grabs my arm and drags me into the forest, I wasn't even walking or running I was just being dragged by his wolf strength.

I was being dragged backwards so I could see Val and the rest. "Will you co-operate!" The rogue yells at me "NO! I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE WITH YOU!" I scream.

"Suit yourself" with that his hand started to shift into his wolf claws while the rest stayed human. I yelp in pain as his claws sink into my skin.

"Hold on!" Val screams, I soon see everyone but Luke and Val shift running faster. "Shit" the rogue mumbles "Till next time, princess" he hisses.

He drops me on the hard ground trying to make a escape. The floor is filled with sharp stones and splintered twigs.

I lose the sight of him and I feel pain everywhere, especially my bleeding arm, he ripped skin and muscles so deep the blood wouldn't stop.

They finally reach me and see Val's face streaming in tears, "It'll be okay" she coos I feel someone pick me up and I scream in pain, my vision blurring and Val is screaming "Angel! Stay awake! Please".

I feel my lids close.
