"hello? Granny?" I whispered, and my heart started to be happy again. That's her voice.
"Angie? How are you my baby?" I smiled brighter than ever.
"thank God! I thought I would never see you again! Did they harm you? Please don't lie to me." she laughed lightly.
"I'm fine. I promise. And that weird guy is nice to me." I raise my brows up but ignored this guy.
"That's good. Listen carefully to me; I will get you back okay? But I don't want Jeongguk to know about this."
"no! Don't do anything stupid! You have to stay at the place you are at right now! Don't even try to get me, Angie!" I felt her angry tone. I sighed. I decided to text the one who messaged me yesterday.
"Who was it who texted me yesterday?" I asked.
"that weird guy I told you about. He is surprisingly nice." I again ignore the 'nice' word. I nod my head.
"Okay, I have to go now. Take care of yourself very well." with that I hung up. I opened the door peeking to see if Jeongguk was there by any chance. I sighed and closed the door again. After turning off the water and walking out of the bathroom and room, I saw Jeongguk watching some TV. He glanced at me.
" I thought you showered." he told me.
"I did." I say, still glaring at him. He stood up raising his brows.
"that was quick. And how come your hair is dry? I don't even have a hair dryer. " oh god, why didn't I think of that. "what did you do?" he suddenly said, making my heart go panic.
"I... I was waiting for the water to be warm…" what the hell Angie?! I shut my eyes. He came closer to me as I backed away.
"what did you do?" he said again but this time slowly. I gulped.
"I lied... I wasn't showering…" I kinda admitted.
"then what?" he asks.
"I... I was crying. And didn't want you to hear me. I was crying hard." I bowed my head low. That should be a good excuse. Not hearing anything from him, I look at him. He had a hard expression. He grabbed my arm, got me close to him and hugged me. His palm on my head, stroking my hair slowly. What's this?
"I'm sorry... I had no choice." he said careful. My heart melted. After he broke the hug. I was gawking at him.
"stop doing that. You look stupid." he said and sat again at the couch. I was still in my feet, shocked by his action. I shook it off and walked inside the room again. My cheek were burning. I bite my lips, blushing hard. I got inside the bathroom and took a quick shower this time. After finishing I walked out of the bathroom. Seeing my clothes weren't there. Instead there was another pair of pijama. I looked at door. Maybe he changed them. The pijama was exactly my size. It was colored Pink with small baby white sheep. Who the hell bought me these?...It's cute though. I walked out of the room.
"Jeongguk? How did you buy these?" I asked. My hair was still wet and water dropping on the floor. He looks at me and was quickly looking away. I heard his faithful laugh. Is he laughing?
I walked up to him, grabbing his shoulder turning him towards me. He was laughing too hard to even look at me. His laugh was so, so, so rare. Let's say, never was heard. My heart melted twice at his laugh, showing his white teeth.
"sorry, I just remembered something. Seokjin has brought it. I told him so." his face was now serious. He was trying to avoid the pijama.
"and what did you remember for you to laugh that hard? Huh?" I said curious.
