Reepicheep slept with his Aslan Gifted tail tucking nicely under his chin.

"I miss my mummy." Gael said as she gazed at her necklace. Lucy turned to face the girl.
"I miss mine, too." She smiled. "Don't worry, you'll see her again."
"How do you know?" Gael wondered.
"You just have to have faith about these things. Aslan will help us." Lucy explained.
"But Aslan couldn't stop her from being taken." Gael countered.
"We'll find her. I promise." Lucy concluded. "Somehow."

The wave crashing against one another was all that was heard for a while.
Once Reepicheep awoke, Lucy, Gael, Edmund, Caspian, Emma, and Gaels father were all sound asleep.
Eustace, however, was quietly crying.
"Hmm." Reep sounded as he stood.
Eustace sniffed and huffed out a ragged breath.
"Trouble sleeping?" Reepicheep asked. Eustace harshly moved his head away from the mouse.
"Now, now." Reepicheep sighed. "All is not as lost as it seems. I'll stay up with you if you wish. Keep you company."
Eustace blinked out a few more tears.
"I'll wager you didn't even believe in dragons this morning." Reepicheep chuckled. "Yes. You know, extraordinary thing only happen to extraordinary people. Maybe it's a sign. That you've got an extraordinary destiny."
Eustace moved his head to be looking at the mouse.
"Something-something greater than you could've imagined." Reep chuckled again. "I could tell you one or two of my adventures, if you'd like, just to pass the time."
Eustace settled so he was in a more comfortable position.
"Believe it or not, you're not the first dragon I've encountered. Many years ago, to many then I care to mention, I was with a band of pirates. And I met another dragon, much fiercer than you.."
Emma, who had woken up from the talking, smiled slightly at the unlikely of friends. She then nuzzled back into Caspian's chest and let the two talk away.

The next morning came way to fast. Eustace was snoring deeply, proving how not everything changes.
Gael sat up and gasped.
"Lucy, Lucy get up!" She said as she shook the girl.
Lucy gasped as she sat up, preparing for an attack, when what she actually saw was the Blue Star.
"The Blue Star!" She chuckled. "Everybody!"
Emma shot up, all the sleep rushing out of her. "What? What is it?" She asked frantically.
"Everybody, wake up! It's the Blue Star!" Lucy told them.
Emma smacked Caspian and Edmund when they were relentless to get up.
"Come on, old boy. Wake up." Reepicheep said as he smacked the dragon on the face.
They all just sat there, looking at the star in shock.

Eustace flew next to the Dawn Treader as it followed the star.
Lucy and Emma stood at the back of the boat, watching the horizon. Lucy chuckled when she looked down and saw the same glass mermaids as before.
"Lucy," Emma called. The mermaids looks frantic. As if they were trying to warn the girls.
The mermaids poked out of the water, waxing their hands and mouthing the word 'NO'. They then swam away. Lucy and Emma shared a glance.

"Pull!" A man shouted below decks. The crew men had to manually tow the large ship.
"Mind your strokes there, lads." another reminded. "Pull!"

"The wind has left us." Drinian pointed out.
"So how will we get to Ramandu's Island now then?" Edmund asked.
"My guess is something doesn't want us to get there." Drinian said.
Edmund glanced at Caspian.

"Pull!"
The crew men all grunted.
"All together!"

"If I get any hungrier, I'm going to eat that dragon!" One crew man yelled.
"Don't worry, Eustace, they'll have to deal with me first." Reepicheep reassured. Eustace grunted and flew away.
"Whoa, carful!" Reep reminded.
"If we don't find land by tonight, they might well eat that dragon." Drinian grunted as he walked up the steps.
The boat then lerched, throwing the crew around.
"What did it we hit?" Caspian asked as he helped Drinian up. Emma and Edmund looked over the boats edge.
"Eustace, that's brilliant!" Edmund chuckled.
The large dragon had wrapped his tail around the front of the ship and was pulling them along.
"Onward, ho!" Reepicheep yelled, pointing his sword forward.
The crew cheered and clapped at their well deserved break.

Caspian sat at his desk while Edmund stood outside. The swords they had collected all laid out.
"We can't be sure the other lords even made it to Ramandu's Island." Caspian sighed in defeat.

Eustace let go of the ships once they got row boats distance from land.
"You got us there! What did I tell you Eustace?" Reepicheep congratulated. "Extraordinary!" The mouse laughed. "Extraordinary!"
The crew heading for the row boats.

It was dark by the time the group made it up to the top. Birds were squawking and insects where chirping. They all had their swords draw, just in case.
Edmund passed through two tree trunks.
There, in the middle, was a grand table full of food.
"Mm, food." Tarvors sniffed.
"Wait." Drinian ordered.

Emma walked next to Edmund as he had his flashlight. A little bit down from the mouth watering food, there were three men covered in vines. Edmund and Emma gasped.
Lucy and Caspian looked over and Lucy gasped as well. Those how didn't have their swords drawn drew them now.
Caspian and Edmund slowly walked forward, pointing their swords out in front of them.
"Lord Revilian." The king pointed to one mans ring with the tip of his sword. Caspian then leaned over the table to see the second man. "Lord Maveamorn."
Drinian sheathed his sword.
Lucy leaned forward and moved the long, grey hair from the face of the last man.
"Lord Argoz." Caspian confirmed with a sigh.
Lord Argoz was faintly heard breathing. Lucy retracted her hand with a gasp. Caspian leaned in.
"He's breathing." He said, shock evident on his face. He glanced up at Emma.
"So are they." Edmund pointed to the other men with his light.
"They're under a spell." Emma muttered.
"It's the food!" Caspian yelled
"Huh?" Tarvors grunted before dropping the apple that was in his hand.
"Hey, guys." Emma began drawing their attention back. "It's the stone knife." And there is was. A hilt of a knife stuck out of the vines. "This is Aslan's Table."
"Their swords." Caspian mumbled before he quickly pushed past the vines. He unsheathed one as Edmund unsheathed the other.
"On the table." The king said rather quickly. The two boys placed the swords carefully on the table.
Emma unsheathed the last mans sword and tossed it onto the table as well. She was in the vines, poking out next to the bewitched men.
"That's six." Edmund said. The crew looked down at the table as all the swords they had collected made a circle.
"Still missing one." Caspian sighed. The swords, however, turned a vibrant shade of blue. Emma looked up and saw the Blue Star coming down from the sky.
"Look." She said. All of the crew watched as blue light flooded over the once dark area. Caspian unsheathed his sword just in case as they watched mesmerized.
The star shaped into a beautiful young woman.
