~Lilly~

Nico kissed me on the forehead. "Okay. She'll be our daughter. When do you want that to happen?"

I tensed. It's already dangerous for me to talk about not having a child when I'm already pregnant. We can't adopt Allie until we have our baby, the one I haven't told Nico about yet...

"Um...I feel bad, but maybe not for quite a few months. Maybe around November or something. I just want to get used to our lives together now that we're married," I said carefully.

"Alright. That's fine. But I'm up for that." He took a breath. "I still kinda wish we could actually have a baby."

I smiled, but he couldn't see it because of how we were laying. "Yeah, me too."

He kissed my head. "But we'll have Allie. She loves you, Lilly!"

"She loves you too, Nico."

"Yeah, but not as much as she loves you."

I wiggled away from Nico and kissed his nose. "That doesn't matter. I love you. That's what matters."

"You're right." He kissed me quickly. "You want breakfast?"

"Yeah."

We got up. I had to steady myself a little bit because I felt dizzy. Nico put his hands on my hips.

"You alright?" he asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I lied.

"Okay."

We went out to the kitchen and found some cereal. Cocoa Puffs. Yum. We ate some and I took a shower. I put my clothes on, then looked down at my stomach. I placed my hand there and heard the door open. I quickly looked over to see Nico.

"You alright, Lilly? You don't seem like you. We've been married for barely a day and you don't seem normal," he said.

I walked over to him and placed my hands on his chest. "I'm perfect, Nico. I'm the happiest girl and I couldn't be happier. I'm fine." I kissed him. "I promise."

He cracked a small smile. "Okay. So you wanna do something today? After all, this is our honeymoon."

"Sweetheart, I don't really know where we are. I haven't really looked."

He got discomfort in his eyes. "Don't freak out on me. We're in Paris..."

I froze. "What?"

Nico walked out to the bed and plopped down, running his fingers through his hair. "I'm sorry. I just thought that it would be nice to be back here again. Lilly, this is a big part in our lives. I don't know of anywhere else that's this significant to us. I just, I wanted to make it special-"

"Nico! Nico, it's perfect!" I smiled. "I would go anywhere with you. I don't care if we went to, I don't know, like, Africa or something! As long as I'm with you, nothing else matters."

"Are you sure? Because we can go-"

"Hey!" I sat down beside of him. "Paris is the perfect place for our honeymoon."

He met my eyes. "Okay." He kissed me on the forehead. "Let's go do something."

I smiled and took his hand. Our fingers locked together as we walked out of the door and started walking through the streets of Paris. I accidentally bumped into someone.

"Je suis tellement désolé!" I exclaimed.

It's French for I'm so sorry!

Nico looked at me slightly confused as the lady turned around. She was my professor. Professor de Noir, the one that let me graduate way early.

I gasped. "Professeur de Noir!"

(Yes, that's French...)

"Lillian! How are you?" she asked.

"I'm doing just wonderful, you?"

"Very good, thank you. And who is this? Is this the boyfriend?"

"Husband. Nico, this is Professor de Noir. Professor de Noir, this is Nico di Angelo."

Nico shook her hand. "Hi. It's very nice to meet you. Lilly has told me about you many times before."

"It's nice to meet you as well, Nico. Lillian has told me much about you. But at the time, of course, you were only her boyfriend. And now you're married! Congratulations!" She turned to me and smiled. "And, please, you can call me Susan."

I smiled and looked at Nico. "Nico, she's also a demigod, daughter of Aphrodite."

"Oh, okay. I'm a son of Hades," he said.

"Interesting! You don't see many of those every day! And, Lillian? I don't think I know who your parent is." Susan smiled.

"Demeter. My mom is Demeter," I replied.

"Just like Persephone! I wonder if that's why he's attracted to you."

Nico glanced over at me. "That me be partially right, I'm not sure. But I think no matter what, I would've fallen in love with her anyways."

Susan started walking and we followed. Nico was holding my hand tightly and I had to force my hand out of his.

"Ow! You have a hard grip! Easy!" I said.

"Sorry, Lills," he whispered.

I kissed him on the cheek. "It's okay."

He took my hand again and we caught up with Susan. She turned back and smiled.

"Since you are still in your love story, I'll tell you a bit about mine. Aphrodite girls live for heartbreak. I didn't want to, but they made me. So I did. I broke one boy's heart. But I never liked him." She paused and looked at us. "I've been married since I was twenty-two. In fact, I'm meeting my husband for lunch. Why don't you join us? I bet Louis would love to meet you!"

I looked at Nico. "Sure! That would be wonderful."
