~Lilly~

Nico pulled my lips to his and kissed me softly. He brought me up in his lap and held me close.

"I love you. We're going to make this work," he said softly.

"I know, Nico."

The rest of that day, we just watched movies and snuggled on the couch, maybe kissed a few times, and I fell asleep around ten-thirty in Nico's arms on the couch.

I woke up and Nico wasn't with me. I got up and started looking around the apartment. Not in the living room, where I was, not in the kitchen, not in the bathroom, and not in his room. Dear gods, where could he be?

Then I saw the little note sticking to the bathroom mirror. I grabbed it and giggled a little bit.

Lills,

I'll be back soon. I went to get something. It won't take me very long. Love you!

-Nico

I rolled my eyes, then heard the door shut. I went back out to the living room and there he stood. I smiled at him.

"You were right. It didn't take you very long," I said.

He smiled and walked past me with a small kiss on the forehead. "I couldn't wake you up, you look so beautiful when you're asleep."

I followed him into the kitchen as he set down the two bags on the counter. He came towards me for a kiss, but I stopped him.

"Can I not kiss you?" Nico asked.

"You can, but I want to know where you went. Can I not know that?"

Nico smiled. "Whatever. I got you food, Lillian. That's where I went."

"Do you want me to eat first, then get ready, or get ready first, then eat?" I asked him.

He wrapped his arms around my waist tightly with a smile. "I want you to give me a kiss first."

I giggled. "Sorry, sweetheart! That wasn't an option. I'll eat first, get ready, then we'll see about that kiss."

He rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Go eat."

I pressed my face into his chest as I hugged him back. "Did you eat already?"

"No."

"Then eat with me. Sometimes you can be such an idiot."

"Guys do strange things when it comes to love."

I looked up at him. "You mean like jumping in front of your sixteen year old girlfriend and getting killed? Yeah, I noticed."

He kissed me on the forehead. "Exactly like that. Lills, I've told you before that it will never happen again. For the gods' sakes, you moved to France! But you keep coming back and now we're engaged. Nothing can keep us apart, you should know that by now."

I smiled. "Alright, I'll take that kiss now, Nico."

"That's what I thought."

I pressed my hand into his chest and let it run over his muscles. His hands ran up and down my hips. He twirled a strand of my hair in his fingers and placed the other hand on my cheek, moving his thumb back and forth, gently brushing my bottom lip, torturing me.

"Would you quit doing that and kiss me? You did this the other night and that's how that happened! I would rather not, thank you," I said.

"Hey, I have my moments and that was probably my best one!"

I giggled slightly. "Nico, I honestly never thought that you would ever be this sexual!"

Nico gave me his half smirk. "Oh, Lilly, I think I crossed that line when I started having a crush on Percy."

"Okay, next subject!"

"No, I'm serious! Once you hit that mark, that's about it. Trust me, Lilly, once I met you, most of it has been because of that."

I shuddered some. "That's actually kinda gross, Nico."

"Well it has! I mean, come on! Look at yourself! You're beautiful and super hot. I'm pretty sure that's why some guys have crushes on you. No girl will do anything to them, so they look to you, thinking you will."

"But I won't! Ever! The only time was the other night and that was because you started it and yeah. Okay, next subject, please!"

"I have muffins for you, banana nut like you like, and some donuts. How's that for breakfast?"

I smiled. "Amazing! Now kiss me!"

"Man, someone's hormonal!"

"Oh, like you aren't, Mister Sexual?" I asked him with my eyebrows raised.

"Alright, you got me there. Whatever."

He pulled me even closer, which honestly wasn't really possible. He kept his arms around my waist, then picked me up and put me on the counter. He stood right in front of me, making me wrap my legs around his waist. He picked me up again, hands on my very upper thighs, and put his forehead to mine.

"I love you, Lillian, more than anything. I can't wait for you to be mine forever," Nico said.

I smiled. "It'll happen, Nico. And I love you too."

A small smile danced across his lips as they were pressed into mine. It was a rather hard kiss and I was shocked at first. But I let my eyes flutter shut and enjoyed the kiss.

Then we ended up on the couch, Nico practically lying on me, but still making out. Finally, he pulled back. We were both gasping for breath for how long we had been kissing.

"Nico," I breathed. "Don't go any farther than this." Another deep breath. "We've already done that and I'm good for a while."

Nico smiled. "Whatever you want me to do, I'll do it."

"Then kiss me again."

His lips came back to mine and we continued kissing. After a while, there was a knock on the door. Nico and I stopped kissing and got ourselves situated. I went back to the bathroom and took a shower while he talked to whoever was at the door. I finished getting ready, pulling on a pair of jeans and slipping on a deep purple shirt. I put my hair up in a ponytail and went back out to the living room to find Nico standing there with a redhead, kissing.
