~Lilly~
I rolled my eyes and took a bite of my Toaster Strudel. Strawberry. It was really good and I continued eating.
"Is it good?" Nico asked.
"Yeah. Is yours?"
"Eh, it could be better, but it's fine. It's food," he answered.
I smiled and took a drink of milk. We finished eating and cleaned up, which wasn't hard at all. Nico took a shower and was in his boxers when I got out of the shower and got dressed.
"Nico, sweetheart, how are you not dressed and I am? You're in your boxers," I said.
"I'm completely aware, darling," he replied with a smirk.
"Alright, whatever."
I turned to walk out, but he grabbed my arm and pulled me back to him. "Oh, come on! Can't we, you know, do something?"
"I was gonna walk around today, Nico."
"No, I mean something inside. Something...fun..."
I pushed him away. "No. We have already done that. No."
"Lills! Come on. It won't do anything to you, you can't get pregnant."
"I said no. And no means no. I don't want to. I know how sexual you are, but no."
I left him. I walked out of the room and shut the door. I put my shoes on and walked out of the house, shutting the door. I started walking through the streets. The stores and shops, along with every other building, they're all beautiful buildings. I went into one, which held designer dresses and stuff like that.
I went through rack after rack, not really liking any of them, plus not to mention the price of them. I probably wouldn't be able to afford them ever. But I continued to look through them. Nobody bothered me and it was perfect. All until the door opened and I looked to see who it was. My husband.
"Finally! Thank the gods!" Nico exclaimed.
He tried to hug me, but I pushed him off. He looked at me funny, but kept his distance.
"Lilly, I've been looking all over for you! I was worried about you."
I stormed out of the store with Nico at my heels. He grabbed my wrist, but I jerked it out of his grip, disappearing in snow.
I appeared in a tree. I twisted my fingers and created more branches and leaves to camouflage me. And I started crying. I don't even know the exact reason I am, but the tears are flowing.
"Lilly, I know you're up there. Please come talk to me." Nico.
"Go away. We might be married and this may be our honeymoon, but I still need time by myself," I said through my sniffles.
Then he appeared on the same branch I was on and pulled me into his warm chest. He kissed me on the forehead and twirled a piece of my ponytail in his fingers.
"I'm trying to be upset, stop being adorable," I whispered.
"Lilly," he chuckled.
"Stop it."
He let me go. "There. Do you want me to leave?"
"No," I whispered.
"That's what I thought." He closed his arms around me again. "Now what's wrong?"
I sniffled. "I'm not sure. I'm really not sure why I'm crying."
"Please don't tell me you're on your-"
"Don't you dare say it! And, no! I'm not!"
I punched him on the arm and wiped my face off. He smiled and put his hand on my cheek.
"Lilly, you can tell me anything. You know that," he said.
"I know. But I seriously don't know what's wrong with me. Nico, I'm still a teenager. I'm only nineteen. These things happen," I replied.
"Trust me, I know. Hormones are amazing...not! Especially when it comes to having crushes-"
"You're married now! Are you planning on having more crushes than the one you have on your wife?"
He put his hands up in surrender. "Nope!"
"Good."
He took my hand in his. "Now can we do something actually together?"
"Maybe."
"Maybe? What do you mean maybe?"
I took my hand out of his and started swirling snow around myself, waving a bit. "Bye!"
I disappeared and went back to the house. A moment later, Nico showed up next to me and smirked, pulling me up to his chest. My back was against him and he placed his head close to mine.
"Did you really think you could get away that easily?" Nico asked, whispering in my ear.
"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't," I whispered back.
"I'm sorry to disappoint you, but you're stuck with me for the rest of your life."
I turned around in his arms, pressing my hands to his chest. "And you're stuck with me, just your luck."
"Mm, but I love that. Being with you forever, yeah, that's perfect."
"I think I can manage being with you forever. That happens to be a huge risk I'm willing to take because I love it."
He kissed me. He kissed me hard. But I kissed him right back. Then pulled back.
"I think you wanted me to do that," Nico said.
"I'm married to you. You'll do it almost whenever you want to." I broke out of his arms and started backing away from him. "Besides, you did it all the time when we were dating. I'm used to it, sweetheart."
He smirked, his adorable half smirk. "Oh, come on, baby! Don't you want me to kiss you more?"
I giggled. "Not really, I wanted to walk around with you today. Again."
He took my hand and pulled me back, twirling me around.
"I don't know about you, but I'm feeling 22, everything will be alright if you keep me next to you. You don't about me, but I'll bet you want to, everything will be alright if we just keep dancing like we're 22, 22..." I sang.
Nico started smiling and continued twirling me around, then pulled my back to his chest.
"I love that song. You wanna be the amazing wife I know you are and sing it for me?" Nico asked.
I wiggled out of his arms. "Sorry, sweetheart. Plus, neither of us are even twenty. Unless you are. But I don't know when your birthday is because you won't tell me!"
"And I won't tell you! As long as I do get birthday cake from something. That's one thing that I love."
I frowned. "Even more than me?"
He smirked. "Of course not! Trust me, I love you more than anything and always will. Now sing for me."
"Nah, I'm good."
And we did this sort of thing all week, until Saturday when we went back home to our house.
