"lets go."

"but what about the body?-"

"i've already contacted my men. they'll handle it from here, now come."

jeongin jumped off the desk and followed the older who was busily typing on his phone. he held his hands together, fiddling while a sly smile was beginning to creep on his face.

"it felt so good." he whispered soft enough for only himself to hear.

carefully the two walked downstairs and when they were outside the house where they just murdered someone, the sun was already beginning to rise.

"hop inside quick." hyunjin ordered as he immediately went to the driver side. he waited for the younger to get inside before he maneuvered the car.

they were then back on the road where the wind roughly whip past through the open windows. jeongin loved the feeling of the coldness from both the air and the sensation inside his body from committing such a crime.

it made him giddy and euphoric remembering how his knife stab through the body and how the blood splattered and felt against his skin.

suddenly hyunjin's phone rang from the his lap and without taking his eyes from the road, he urged jeongin to answer it.

"put it on loud speaker." he ordered strictly, wiping the remnants of blood stains on his cheek as well.

the boy nodded and slid the phone to answer. he then pressed the speaker button before greeting softly.

"hello?" he asked, eyes focused intensely on the older.

"who the hell is this?" came a rough grunt from the other line. from beside him, hyunjin's eyes widened and lost control of the steering wheel for awhile causing the car to swerve.

"jinnie!" the phone slipped from his hand and landed on the floor where the call was accidentally ended.

the blonde's heart was beating wildly against his chest as he inhaled sharp breaths, making jeongin worry. he was now back in the lane and thankfully there were no cars around this time.

"who was tha-"

"no one." came a firm reply from hyunjin who didn't even bothered to look at him.

the younger frowned and attempted to open his phone so that he could get a look but it was quickly snatched from his grasp.

"what the hell? i said it was no one, what do you think you're doing?" he was looking at him with a glare and it made his frown deepen.

"i just wanted to see." he muttered in a soft tone. "why are you suddenly acting like this." hyunjin noticed that he was once again fiddling with his hands whilst he looked outside the window.

"fuck." he grumbled under his breath, fingers pinching the bridge of his nose while his other hand stayed on the wheel.

"baby.." he said much in a gentler tone, hands sliding to grab his thighs. "i'm sorry i didn't mean to shout."

when jeongin looked at him, his eyes were glassy and his lips was turned into a pout. "are you hiding someone from me?" his voice was so low, so quiet.

"no, it's not that. i promise." hyunjin intertwined his fingers with the younger, his thumb brushing over his. "he isn't someone important whom you need to know, alright? trust me on this."

"but jinnie-"

"do you trust me?"

"w-what? what kind of questions is that? you know i do. i trust you more than i trust myself."

"then listen to me. he's no one."

jeongin could only nod. he was still curious of course but he decided to just drop it or else another argument would happen.

"when we get home, i want you to clean yourself immediately, ok?"

"what about you? you're not gonna join me?"

hyunjin caressed the younger's cheek and glanced at him before turning his full attention to the road since they were close to getting back.

"i have to take care of something first."

"oh? i'll wait for you then." he smiled but it quickly faltered when the older shook his head.

"innie, no need. just do as i say."

the younger was in a bad mood since then. they finally arrived at the mansion and when hyunjin parked the car, jeongin came out immediately, not waiting for him.

he knows the boy was pissed as it was so obvious but he couldn't tell him about yuri. about the whole truth wherein his boss owns this place and not him.

hyunjin couldn't tell him all of this yet and so it needs to stay this way.

whipping his phone from the pocket of his jeans, he quickly dialed back the number of yuri who called earlier.

"hell-"

"who are you with and where are you."

hyunjin's heart fell.

"i-i." he cleared his throat.

you stupid stuttering fuck! get it together.

"i what? is that yang who answered earlier?"

"yes." he was pacing around the graveled pathway and he didn't want to go inside as the younger might hear him.

"what were you doing? actually, it's not even that i'm curious about. where did you take him? it sounded like you were in a vehicle."

"boss i-"

"were my instructions not clear to you, hwang? i told you not to leave the goddamn house."

"i had to take care of something. i had to murder someone and i couldn't risk leaving him here alone, what if he escaped?" at this point he was just lying and telling half of the truth.

" 'jinnie' ?" yuri laughed emotionlessly, pointing out how jeongin had call him by his nickname earlier before the call was ended. "what, are you a couple now or something? i told you to take care of him, and you know i don't mean it literally!"

"boss.." he weakly mumbled, silently giving up.

"i'm booking a flight and i'm coming back. if you couldn't take care of one simple task then i'll handle it myself." at this he almost fainted at how his heartbeat was pacing. his vision was slowly fading into black and his whole body felt heavy and cold.

"w-what? no! i could handle him! i-i hello?!"

the call was already ended.
