Busy month for me. I dunno, I honestly just kept forgetting to post this.

I used various bits from Heilung songs. Mostly Krigsgaldr. There's some (translated) from Norupo

(here's the live performance for Krigsgaldr, much better than clean studio recordings in my opinion.)

(here's a live performance for Norupo. The music video is pretty neat too)

I look over my shoulder at the voice of my Patron. "Why are you here? Not to mean I'm not glad to see you but having a strange man in my tent might raise questions."

"It was interesting. I'm fascinated by the way the minds of mortals work. The ability to process, compartmentalize, create. And yet. You all break so easily."

I am confused. Did something happen that you're not telling me about?

"We both know that your friend has his... quirks—"

—he is a little insane, yeah—

"—right. Well, watch out for him. He isn't doing well here. I know that you know that. It's unfortunate that the people in his group find him... frustrating. The qunari is trying, the other two are worried, and all three find his magical tastes odd."

I noticed. Dorian is necro though. He shouldn't find it that odd. He also saw Decius use them in the future that no longer exists.

"That doesn't stop curiosity. He's been better about sleeping out here, for his magical use, but it's fitful. To be honest?" He looks to the flaps of the tent before beginning to fade. "I am worried."

The last words are softly spoken before Decius enters. I quickly cover the bow with a blanket.

Decius raises an eyebrow before speaking, "schatz, Solas said I'm good to go today. As long as we don't do anything too strenuous. What's going on between the two of you anyways?"

I make a short noise in the back of my throat as I exhale. I reach for his mind, " I'm unsure. He feels guilt over the Anchor, that it could eventually kill me. Out of sight out of mind, to a degree, I suppose. There is interest on both of our parts. He also wishes for me to... project my emotions to him without understanding that it isn't that easy. That there are rules and he isn't an empath."

"Did you talk to him?"

" Who do you take me for? Of course I did. I even explained my rules before we left Crestwood."

"The mayor is in safe hands?"

" Ja."

He nods and starts to leave. "Good. We don't have to chase him around, then. There's this oat thing that doesn't taste like anything for breakfast. You should eat if we're going to be walking around all day." He ducks out one of the flaps.

" Did you eat?"

" I'll eat with you?"

"You better." I put the bow and loose bits of armor into my bag and find my way to the mess tent.

Hawke and Stroud find their way to the Keep while we're eating.

"It's good to see you Champion, Warden. I expected you to be here before us, though."
