Onyx 🤐
"You WHAT?!"

Josie rolled her eyes. "My Gosh, Onyx, you didn't even let me explain my plan!"

I stared at her. "Then what IS your plan?"

"Well, we'll go to the nearest jewelry store and get as much jewelry as we can. And then we can go buy some snacks at the store because pirates love stealing snacks as well."

"Oh my God," I said. "So now we're criminals?! We're gonna 'get' as much jewelry as we can? You realize that's stealing, right? And especially EXPENSIVE stuff."

"Yeah, yeah," interrupted Hannah. "We should also buy a fake treasure chest to put the stuff in to make it more believable."

Josie and Kendra nodded their heads. Since I couldn't do anything in this form, I just rolled my eyes and followed my group to the jewelry store.

But when we arrived, it was completely destroyed and practically empty.

We all gaped at it in shock.

"I-I'll go swipe up as much jewelry as I can find," stuttered Kendra.

She went off and got a handful. We then went to the local supermarket to buy the chest and snacks.

We paid for them (we didn't STEAL like lunatics, although I was sure Josie, Hannah, and Kendra all thought about doing that) and got back to the pirates.

"Stay here," Josie told me as we passed a small corner.

I nodded and drifted over to it. Then my group walked over to the pirates and showed them the treasure.

"Yup, I'm never gonna be human again," I muttered to myself, watching the group of girls trying to smile winningly at the pirates.

"This is never gonna work, ESPECIALLY with Josie's plan."

I turned my attention back to the scene and wished I hadn't.

Why? Because all of them were now arguing with each other.
