"Awh yeah!" I exclaimed with raised fists into the icy air. Bakugo and Shoto watched from behind me as we exited the last exam we had for our provisional license exam. "We are all qualified now!" My smile grew ear to ear as I spun around to wrap an arm around Shoto and Bakugo, bringing them both in for a hug.

"So you're not coming back with us?" Bakugo asked me. I let the two go before I peered into Bakugo's abrasive eyes.

"Yeah, Dad wants to get dinner with me to celebrate finally passing!" I extolled.

"Sounds nice." Shoto affirmed as his bicolored eyes watched All Might pull up in a minibus to go back to campus.

"Yeah!" I yelled before I snaked my arms around Shoto, pulling him in for a hug. I pecked his face numerous times, kissing him everywhere, much to his embarrassment. "I'll see you later," I chimed as I let my embarrassed boyfriend go. His face went slightly red as he smiled at me.

I waved goodbye to the two before I picked up my pace down the frozen street, cold air whipping against my skin. My short school skirt did little to protect me from the outside elements. I forgot to bring my coat from campus, so I lit small embers along my skin.

The heat radiated around me, and suddenly I didn't feel cold anymore.

I made it halfway to the restaurant my dad was waiting for me at until I heard countless eerie screams in the background. My ears perked at the sound, my head snapped to the source. I hurried towards the direction of the screams to see a mass of scared bodies in a trance of fear.

I couldn't use any of my dragon limbs in my school uniform, so instead I channeled my electricity to vibrate through my muscle cells. I was able to effortlessly jump above everyone and onto a platform. From here I could see what had everyone on edge – an unfinished train track with a train speeding towards the end. If I didn't stop it, all these people were about to be crushed.

I bit my bottom lip as I thought about how I could stop it, taking a brief glance at my provisional hero license. I didn't have enough time.

I jumped high onto the unfinished train track and began to run at the oncoming train. The headlights bore through my eyes, paining me. With my electricity, I boosted my speed so that I zapped straight through the front window of the train.

Glass indented my skin, slicing me open. I grunted but ambled through the cabin and traveled to the end door. There was no life in sight – which made me think this was a decoy for something else.

I bent down to disconnect the lead train from the rest of the cabins. I hardened my arms and tore the metal tow bar off, severing the connection. The cabin I was on kept its speed while the disconnected one slowed down greatly, almost stopping before my eyes.

A sigh escaped my lips, now all I had to do was stop the train. I ignored the pain that spiked through my cells and hurried back to the front of the cabin. With my electricity charging my muscles, I jumped out of the window and zapped myself almost to the end of the train track.

This was probably going to kill me.

I hardened my skin and, with my ice quirk, I created a thick barrier of ice behind me. So if I failed to stop the train, hopefully the barrier of ice could.

"Here goes nothing," I said to myself as I began to run at the train. Its headlights taunted me. I hardened my body and prepared for impact. With wide, hardened arms, I leapt forward to tackle the train head-on.

It hit me with immense force, I felt a tooth get knocked out of my now bloodied mouth. I growled angrily as I tried to push back on the train, my boots deteriorated leaving me with my bare, hardened skin to grate horridly against the uneven surface of the train track. My hardened skin kept me from feeling the pain, but just barely.

I heard the metal of the train groan in retaliation, but it began to slow down. We were getting closer to my ice barrier, and I became worried that I wasn't strong enough to stop the train. Super strength was Midoriya's thing – not mine.

A scream escaped my lips as I used every ounce of strength I had left to stop the train from going off the rails, and eventually, the colossal train stopped mere meters away from my ice barrier.

I did it.

I dropped to the floor, into a mess of sweat and blood that drooled from my aching mouth.

"Damn kid, are you okay?" I heard a male's voice. I glanced up to see the hero, one I knew to be a sidekick of Endeavor.

"Yeah, I'm all good. Just enjoying the scenery," I replied sarcastically.

"Oh wow, you're Amara Aizawa, aren't you?" He asked me. "Hero name, Drax?"

"That'd be me," I replied as I shakily stood up. My feet were the first to become cold as my boots had been destroyed. "Got any shoes?" I asked the hero.

"What?" He asked me.

"Never mind," I sighed as I began to walk away and back to getting dinner with my dad.

"You saved everyone and stopped a train all by yourself," the hero spoke up. "A train weighs up to 20,000 tons and you just stopped it like it was no big deal."

"Explains why my boots didn't make it," I chuckled to myself as I continued to walk away from the hero. The ice barrier shattered into a million little pieces at my touch before I hardened my body and dropped back down to the streets.

"Oh wow, isn't that Aizawa?" I heard someone say.

"Thank you, miss!" Another chimed. Countless people swarmed around me, smiles and cheers hung around me like paintings in a gallery. A small smile crept onto my face as I watched them share their gratitude.

"Don't worry about it," I spoke up before continuing down the street barefoot. In search of that restaurant – I could already feel my tooth growing back into place. The taste of blood had vanished.

I finally reached the massive doors and dashed inside for warmth. I found the tired eyes of my dad sitting at a table in the corner. His eyes narrowed at me as he eyed my trampled school uniform.

"Amara, what happened?" he asked me.

"I stopped a train," I replied as I took a seat before him.

"You got your provisional license just minutes ago and you've already saved a bunch of lives, that's my girl," Dad replied with a smile as he handed me a menu. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face as I searched the menu.

I suddenly felt the hunger I had buried inside – I was starving.

"Oh, you're on the TV," Dad informed me. I raised a dark brow at him before I turned in my seat to view the widescreen TV in the restaurant. Sure enough, there I was. I didn't even notice the paparazzi and cameras were already there and filming.

"How annoying," I sighed before turning back to the menu, clearly food was my priority. I saw the color drain from my dad's face, and I curiously watched in awe as concern washed over his features. I heard the slightly static voice of the female reporter from behind me.

"This just in, UA High School Student Amara Aizawa brazenly leaps into a train without thinking about her own safety, dismantles the rear cabinets, and then she does the unthinkable. She actually stands in front of it and takes it head-on to try and stop it!" The female reporter said in a perky voice. "What more will we see of the young hero?"

"When you said you stopped a train, I didn't think you literally meant stopped it!" Dad shrieked as he slammed the menu down on the table loudly. "That could have killed you!" he scolded me.

"Yes, how unfortunate," I chuckled to myself, only to receive a burning glare from Dad. "I mean, yeah, I guess I was lucky."

"Luck had nothing to do with it, just next time be more careful," he lectured. I rolled my dark eyes and smiled to myself – this was nice.
