CHAPTER 18: I'M SORRY

"Be careful' Jungkook said holding you tightly.

You looked up at his face and for some reason you felt assure in between his arms. The boy that you loved almost all of your life was standing in front of you and holding you tightly without letting you fall. For once you felt that all of your burdens are gone and you wanted this moment to last forever. You was staring at him and a few drops of tears started to fall down your cheeks unconsciously. While you were lost in his eyes you came to reality as a sudden pain ran through your arm. You looked at your arm and saw some drops of blood falling. The blood drops ran down both of yours and Jungkook's arms. Blood drops fell down into your white cute frock and into Jungkook's shirt. Your arm was wounded by an accessory that Jungkook was wearing.

"You're bleeding" Jungkook said taking your arm into his hands.

The reality hits you and you came back to normal senses.

"I....I'm ok" You said taking your arm away from his.

You felt a sudden dizziness with the sight of blood.

Jungkook quickly grabs you from your arms again.

You hold his shirt tightly and closed your eyes as you wanted to gain some strength.

"What do you mean by you are ok? You're bleeding." Jungkook said. He quickly grabbed a handkerchief out from his pocket and wrapped your arm with it while still making sure you don't fall.

You was still holding his shirt and looking at him as you was hemophobic.

"I am sorry I didn't mean to hurt you. Let me take you to the hospital" He said holding you again.

You looked around and glad to see that people are not focusing on you both and busy with their own stuffs. But it didn't mean you can go with him. You was still pretending to yourself that you don't love him.

"It's ok. I'm ok now and I can go by myself. Thank you" You said stepping away from him.
"What do you mean by you are ok? You are hemophobic and you need someone's aid. I made this and let me fix this. Now...." Jungkook said gently while trying to hold your arm.

"Stop it. I said I am ok and don't make a fuss here. If your identity revealed both of us will be in a great trouble" You said cutting Jungkook off.

"Wait.......y.....you recognized me?"

Jungkook asked with a widened bunny eyes.

"Of course I did. I......"

"Wait I think the wound is deeper. The blood is still coming. I don't care if you like it or not, but if I you didn't come with me you will really collapse on the road." Jungkook said looking at your arm.

You looked at your arm and he was right. The blood is still coming and again the sight made you getting dizzy.

"I promise. I will take care of the rest. Let me help you. I made it and let me fix it because there's no one other than me that you can rely on right now." Jungkook came closer and held your arm again.

"Jungook....I'm really ok. And when I'm refusing this much why are you bothering me? Just go away" You said coldly with a pain inside your heart.

Jungkook looked at your eyes. He was surprised by your words.

"Ok then. Please be careful. I won't force you" Jungkook took his hand off.

You nodded at him and started to walk again. Your heart was suffering with an unbearable pain. You started to cry. The blood is still coming and you know you had to go to a hospital.

Jungkook was following you to make sure that you won't collapse on the road. He didn't know what he was doing but was following you. When he looked at your eyes, he saw a hidden, unspeakable pain inside those and he really did pity you.

You didn't know he was coming and continued to walk. Everyone looked at you with an expression that couldn't be said exactly. You was crying and your frock is covered with some drops of blood. Also one of your arm was wrapped with a handkerchief. You was embarrassed and continued to walk looking down.

Jungkook was watching all those scenarios behind your back and he wished he can help you even though he couldn't. He was surprised by his own thoughts and actions. But your sadistic eyes came into his mind and he really needed to help you. Even though you acted cold on him and pushed him away, his mind said that you really needed help. He clearly identified the difference in your eyes during the time when he was holding you and during the last moments when you refused him. He continued to check on you even after you came out of the hospital. After making sure that you went to your house safely, he went.

You did not know any of those. After you came home you took a shower and looked at the folded white handkerchief which Jungkook used to cover your arm. Tears started to fall down from your cheeks. When he asked you to come to the hospital with him, you wanted so badly to say yes. But all the past moments, Rachel's words stopped you from saying yes and instead you pushed him so rudely. After all, you still loved him and it broke your heart to memorize those incident.

"I'M SORRY JUNGKOOK" You whispered to yourself.
