I woke up the next morning and dressed in my running clothes.
I walked down stairs and Derek wasn't there.
"Derek?" I called.
Nothing, but breakfast was made. So he doesn't completely hate me.
I eat quickly before heading out the door.
I jogged to the park and ran the rout Travis and I would normally run.
I often remember the day we meet and our first kiss.
My first kiss.
Once I was back in the park I stopped running and walked. I put my hands on my head and took deep breaths.
Hands went around my waist and a warm sweaty body pressed against mine.
"Hey sexy," Finn whispered in my ear.
"Not in the mood," I said pushing him away from me.
"Aw, why not?"
"Nothing, alright, it's Alex time,"
"Well now it's Alex and Finn time. What's up?"
I sighed. "Derek and I had a fight alright,"
"About?"
Like hell I was telling him I could have been pregnant. "Nothing,"
"Tell me," he whined.
"I don't have to,"
"Tell me," he said taking my hand to hold me in place.
I wiggled my way out of his grasp and ran.
Finn took off after me.
I cut through the field and sprinted across. This was the fastest way to get to my house.
Finn tackled me to the ground and rolled on top of me.
"We haven't bee like this is eight years," he smirked.
"Get off of me,"
"Nah, now tell me,"
"No,"
"Yes,"
"No,"
"Yes,"
We looked into each others eyes and Finn laced our fingers together. "What did he do?"
"Nothing, it's stupid,"
"Stupid enough to piss you off?"
"Yeah, you know me,"
"Alex,"
"Finn,"
"Please,"
"Fine, Derek wants kids and I don't. Not right now anyway,"
"There's more,"
"I said some things I shouldn't have,"
"You do that all the time. Your hiding something,"
I sighed. "You can't freak,"
"Promise,"
"I woke up one morning and I felt weird. I took a pregnancy test and it came up as negative but Derek still wants to try again,"
Finn faces turned hard. "Oh," he said getting off of me.
I stood up. "Stop being weird,"
"I'm not,"
"Bull shit,"
"Alex, get it a rest," and with that he walked way.
I knew I shouldn't have told him. Bastard.
I jogged home and got ready for work.
*Finn's Point Of View*
The thought of my girl pregnant with some other guy's baby pissed me off.
I forgot that I was dealing with a married woman, well, almost married.
That makes the game a whole lot harder and a whole lot more fun.
