"The Hospital and After"

Killua's POV:
Here I stand, where I see an unconscious Gon on the floor. Those stupid idiots, how dare they do that to him!

"Scared for your 'boyfriend', huh?"

"Shut the fuck up, I'm making sure you're paying for this!"

I run to Hisoka, where class has yet to start yet.

"Hisoka!"

"What's wrong?"

"G-Gon! The bully, Feitan, beat him up, now he's all bloodied and not moving!"

"Show me where, time is against us!"

Me and Hisoka run to where Gon is. There's a crowd surrounding.

"Dial 911!" Hisoka told me.

I immediately dialed 911.

"911, what's your emergency?"

"Tonpa High. There's an unconscious student!"

"Sending paramedics, they're on their way!"

"Please hurry, I don't want my best friend to die..."

I hang up the call.

__— timeskip to when they get to the hospital —__

They wheeled Gon to the operating room, as he definitely has major injuries. I saw the whole thing.

I hope the injuries aren't too serious. I don't want him to die...

__— a few hours later —__

Illumi arrives at the hospital since I'm here. Hisoka told him the entire thing.

The doctor comes out of the room.

"Are you Gon Freecss' friend?"

"Yeah..."

"Okay, I can tell you what's up with him, so he has a broken back, but he isn't paralyzed."

"Thank god!"

"We are surprised how he isn't paralyzed, but that's a plus for him. He should be good within 2 or 3 months, so you can visit him anytime you want. Also, if you're wondering why he passed out earlier, was because of shock."

"I mean, I would be shocked too... but I'm glad he's gonna make a full recovery."

"Yes, it is a miracle, also, may I get your name?"

"Killua Zoldyck."

"Alright, thank you, Killua. I hope to see you visiting Gon soon!"

"I will! Anyways, am I able to see him right now?"

"Right this way, Killua."

We were led to a room, with a slightly groggy-looking Gon inside.

"Gon, thank god you're okay!"

"Kil-lu-a..." He said in a weak, brittle voice. "I'm scared... I'm hurting..." He was crying.

"You have a broken back. It's gonna hurt. The doctor said you'll make a full recovery."

"N-Not that... I don't wanna go back... I wanna be with Aunt Mito again, I don't wanna go out of the house anymore..."

"You're scared of school now?" He nodded.

Then, a man, who I presume to be his dad, comes bursting through the door.

"G-Ging..."

"What the hell did you do to my son, kid?" I was shouting at me.
