Be who are you are
Be free
Free of insecurities
Free of burden
Burden of misogny
Burden of identity
Identity of a girl
Identity of a brokenhearted child
Child left alone
Child abandoned
Abandoned by choice
Abandoned and stranded
Stranded in the city
Stranded alone
Alone I am
Alone I have always been
Been the outcast
Been the extra face
Face of sorrow
Face of pain
Pain and tears
Pain in my chest
Chest aching
Chest empty
Empty heart
Empty the thoughts
Thoughts of you
Thoughts carried away
Away from here
Away I fly, I would
Would be a different person
Would never feel for you again
Again I fall
Again and again
Again into the pit of toxicity
Again I drown in despair
Despair pulls one apart
Despair can kill
Kill without emotion
Kill with little motivation
Motivation to keep pushing on
Motivation towards acceptance
Acceptance of individuality
Acceptance with courage
