when you got home you decided the best thing to do was to go to sleep, it was late and there was nothing else to keep your thoughts of your cousins wife at bay so you got into bed.back at the club
Lizzie and Aubrey were confused on why you had left so abruptly, especially since you had just got there and were having fun
"i'm sure it was just because i spilt my drink on her, i would go home too if i had alcohol all over me" Aubrey tried to tell Lizzie but she just shook her head in return
"no no, it was something else. she seemed freaked out before she even ran into you" lizzie said as she bit on her pinky, something she does when thinking
"you were dancing very close with her, maybe she's not a touchy person. does she know you're married?"
"yeah she knows, Robbie is her cousin. we ran into her at the engagement party before we left" Lizzie felt guilty, she wasn't thinking of her husband when she was dancing with you. she completely forgot he existed to be honest, she was only thinking about your hands on her hips
Aubrey just shrugged, not really knowing what else to say "well what a bummer of a night, wanna keep partying or call it a night?" Aubrey asked
"call it a night, Robbies been texting me a bunch anyway so it's probably best" lizzie said as she rolled her eyes, Robbie never let her go out for long
"he's like your babysitter, you're a grown ass woman for gods sake" Aubrey began to complain, she never really did like Robbie but he never really liked her either
"okay okay, let's go already geez" Lizzie laughed, didn't take much to get Aubrey riled up
as you slept peacefully in your bed, Lizzie walked through her front door to a sulking Robbie. a sight she got used to since she married him, he always seemed annoyed at something
"hi honey" lizzie tried to say, sweetening up to him before he erupted into argument
"you didn't say you'd be out" robbie said grumpily
lizzie just sighed as she put her keys in the bowl by the door, this was getting awfully old"it was last minute, Aubrey asked me since it had been a while since i had seen her" she tried to explain but Robbie wasn't having any of it
"you could've asked me to go there too, i enjoy clubbing as well, you know" robbie was trying to make lizzie guilty, something he was rather good at
"i'm sorry but it was more like a girls night, y/n was there too.."
"did she try anything with you? she's different from when we were kids" Robbie said before clearing his throat and moving in his chair, he was obviously uncomfortable
