[THIS IS A LONG CHAPTER ITS ALMOST 4000 WORDS WHEN THEY R USUALLY 2000 SOMETHING SO PREPARE YOURSELVES!]

The week went by pretty fast, and we prepared for our practice match against Seijoh. Some people weren't happy about Kageyama being on the starting line up, but Sugawara insisted it was okay.

Suprisingly, Oikawa and Iwaizumi haven't reached out to me. Maybe they were busy practicing too. I have no clue about how they play, including their positions. Kageyama said Oikawa was the setter though.

Before I knew it, it was time for the practice game. After school, we boarded the bus that took us to Aoba Josai. Hinata was a nervous wreck, so he sat with me and Tanaka and we all watched Attack on Titan together on my phone to try calming Hinata's nerves. I ended up falling asleep on Tanaka, forcing him to hold the phone. Kageyama noticed this and forced himself to look away.

Then, I woke up to the scent and sound of puke. Hinata was puking ALL OVER Tanaka, and Takeda pulled the bus over. I held Hinata's hair back like a drunk girl while he puked on the side of the street. Everyone got off the bus and I sighed.

"It's okay, just let it out now.." I rubbed his back with my free hand while he continued to puke. I looked at Kageyama, who was staring. I awkwardly smiled at him and he gave me a sympathetic look.

Once Hinata was done puking and Tanaka changed into a spare pair of pants he had, we boarded the bus again. It wasn't long before we arrived at Aoba Josai, but now everyone was on edge.

The school's gym was HUGE. I saw Iwaizumi but no sign of Shitty- I mean Oikawa.

"Rhiannon, is that you?" I turned around to a feminine voice calling me. A girl walked over who was a bit taller than me, and had long wavy brown hair. She shared the same eye color as me.

"Melissa? Oh my gosh hi!" I smiled, pulling her into a friendly hug.

"I didn't know you went here." I pulled away from the hug.

"Oh I don't, I go to Nekoma. I'm just here with Lilly. She's obsessed with this guy named Oikawa." Melissa rolled her eyes, referring to her sister. I let out a laugh.

"Everyone is. Well minus me, don't get me wrong he is gorgeous but he is hella overrated." I chuckled. I felt Kageyama glance in my direction at my words, but none of us said anything to the other.

"Oh I'm sure he is.." Melissa chuckled.

"RHIANNON LET'S GO!" Kageyama called me over to where the rest of the team was, preparing to warm up.

"Who's that, your boyfriend..?" Melissa teased.

"Nah just a friend. Anyway I got to go warm up, see you after the game!" I ran away before she could respond.

"You see Oikawa anywhere?" Kageyama asked me as I walked over and I nodded my head no. He rolled his eyes.

"Tch, of course he's a no show.." Kageyama groaned. I put my hand on his shoulder and placed my chin on top of the part my hand wasn't covering. I gave him a small smile and he returned it with a small smirk. We both got butterflies.

We continued our warm up and I wanted to talk to Iwaizumi but never got the chance. Besides, I don't think Kageyama would like that very much. He's already really tense, and I'm sure seeing one of his friends talking to someone he doesn't like would make him even more stressed.

My position this game would be a wing spiker.

After a bit of warms up and dealing with judgy stares from people for a girl being on the boys team, the match finally started. We bowed to the other team.
