I took a deep breath and fell backwards on my bed. I slithered my hand on my chest. My heart was pounding. When I got the notification for her first text, it felt like my heart jumped out of my chest. Deep down, I was hoping her words were to me. But of course they were for that shortie..

"WHAT AM I EVEN THINKING?!" I sat up and put my face in my hands. I have a game today, I should be focusing on that. But why can't I get my mind off HER?!

"Damnit!" I picked up my phone and pressed the call button. The phone rang for what felt like forever and just as I was about to hang up..

"Mhmm.. Hello?"

"Did I wake you up?" I asked.

"Yeah but, I gotta get up anyway.. Do you need something?"

"Yeah uh, do you wanna come to the gym with me to get some practice in before the 3v3?" I stood up out of bed.

"Yeah! I just gotta take care of my little sister and get ready first then I'll be there okay?"

"Okay good. Don't keep me waiting Hinata." I rolled my eyes as I hung up. I need a damn distraction..
