rhiannon's pov:

"Kageyama, where are we going?"

"You'll see okay?" he held my hand and pulled me after him. Then, he stopped and turned to face me.

"Close your eyes." he demanded.

"Whatever.." I chuckled, following his demand. It was silent for a minute then, I felt lips press against mine. In shock, I opened my eyes to see Kageyama kissing me. And I kissed back, but stepped away after a few seconds. He looked at me confused.

"We can't Kageyama.." I sighed, looking down at my feet. He cupped my face and lifted my face so my eyes were meeting his.

"Why not..? You don't feel the same..?" he asked.

"I-I don't know how I feel!" my voice trembled as I turned away from him. I wrapped my arms around myself.

"I'm sorry.." I whimpered.

"I.. I love you." I turned to face Kageyama who was now blushing. I could've swore I felt my heart shatter and tears began to fall down my face.

"No you don't Kageyama. You don't.." I cried. Now, I realized where we were. It was the spot I first met him in middle school.

"Of course I do! Why would you-"

"Your just gonna hurt me like everyone else! Like he did!"  I exclaimed. He stared at me shocked, it was silent besides from the additional sobbing that left my lips. Then he started laughing.

"Right. Fuck you Rhiannon. You really think I ACTUALLY liked you? Hilarious. Who would want you? All you do is whine it's so fucking annoying and you never shut the fuck up." I just stared at him, in shock of his words.

"You can't even love. You've never been able to, not since him. You spent everything on HIM. Even if I did love you, we would never work. Because you spent all your tears and love on him. And you know the reason he left you. The reason your mom left you. The reason EVERYONE left you. Your fucking annoying. Who could ever love you..?" Kageyama said before leaving me, alone in the hallway.

I shot up in bed, gasping for air. Was that a dream..? Or was it real..?

"Hey are you okay?" I jumped as I turned next to me to see Kageyama looking at me with concerned eyes. I scooted back on the bed away from him fearfully.

"Okay just calm down it's okay." he tried comforting me but I couldn't even look at him without thinking of the words he told me. Then, I looked down to see the necklace he gave me. For some reason, the necklace being on my neck is what told me..

It was a dream..

I took a deep breath, grabbing the necklace.

"Nightmare..?" he asked after about a minute of silence. I looked up at him and nodded. He sighed and extended his arm.

"Cmere." hesitantly, I curled up into him and he held me. He noticed how I hesitated, but didn't say anything. I know it was a dream but, the words still stung. I don't know why it's bothering me so much..
