interhigh pt 1.

It wasn't long after my birthday before the interhigh's started. And well, I was a nervous wreck.

It wouldn't be my first time in tournament, I've been in multiple basketball ones. That's not why I was nervous though..

I never played in a volleyball tournament, even worse, the only girl on a BOYS TEAM. Against BOYS.

The practice games were different, they weren't real. This was REAL. A REAL TOURNAMENT! WHERE I'M THE ONLY GIRL PLAYING!!!

As we walked through the halls of the stadium (after having to stop Tanaka from killing someone who called us the wingless crows) there were multiple comments. Some about Asahi's appearance, some about Kiyoko's beauty, other's about Noya's libero skills. Even some calling Kageyama a genius setter.

But most were about me. Some were about how "attractive" I was, but most were about a girl on the boys team. Some were inspired and excited to see me play, while others were talking absolute shit.

"Oi, you see the wingless crows have a girl playing for them now?" one guy said to his friend.

"Yeah, they're so desperate they had to put a girl on their team. I bet she sucks at volleyball, just like she probably sucks all the guys on the tea-"

"WHAT'D YOU JUST SA-?!" Hinata started to yell, Tanaka and Noya ready to step in.

"I'm sorry, care to repeat that..?" Kageyama gave the boys a terrifying look, giving them chills.

"N-Nothing! S-Sorry.." they started rapidly bowing, and Kageyama let out a tch before going on his way.

"Shawty a little baddie.. She my little boo thangggg.." I did the fuckboy face as I skipped up to Kageyama. He rolled his eyes.

"No one's talking about my girl like that when I'm around." he groaned, obviously still pissed about it.

"As you should." I chuckled and his face softened. He wrapped his arm around my waist as we walked, giving every guy who looked my way the death glare.

Once we got to the gym, I got separated from the rest of my team since a supervisor pulled me to the side.

"Hey excuse me! This is the boys gymnasium. The girls gymnasium is that way." he said.

"Oh uh sir I'm on the boys team.." I awkwardly rubbed the nape of my neck and the man just blinked at me.

"I think your mistaken young lady. The boys are playing here, the girls are in the gym over." he said.

"Sir I'm sorry but I'm afraid I'm not mistaken. I am on Karasuno's Boys Volleyball Team." I stated. He opened his mouth to speak again, until..

"Scuse me, is there a problem here?" Ukai walked over, Takeda following.

DADDY UKAI IS HERE TO SAVE THE DAY! Oh and Takeda too. I love Takeda.

"No not at all, I'm just trying to show this young lady the girls gymnasium." the supervisor chuckled.

If he calls me a young lady one more time I stg-

"Oh, I can assure you Rhiannon is a player for the boys volleyball team not the girls!" Takeda shot his hands up defensively. The supervisor man just chuckled again.

"I'm sorry, and who are you?" he asked.

OH HELL NOOOO NOT HIM DISRESPECTING TAKEDA😐😐😐

"I-I am the team supervisor! And this here is the team coach!" Takeda said.

"You got a problem with a girl being on the team buddy?" Ukai gave the supervisor an intimidating look, making him gulp.
