Miracle's POV

I know he invited others too but it's special for me since he invited me personally. It's the first time he talked to me.

"Ice, are you coming to that guy's party?" I acted bored.

"You mean Kian? Are you coming? We will go, dad and mom are invited too."
Ice told me.

"I guess I have no choice but to go too," I replied.

"If you don't like it, then I can stay here with you. Yohan is more important to attend because it's his ex-bandmate." Ice suggested.

"Let me think first. I'll see if I am not busy that time." I can't show him that I am excited to go or he might think that I am interested in Kian. I am not. I just want to know how rich they are.

"Go ahead. I hate going to birthday parties because I don't know how to pick a gift." Ice whined.

Gift? Shit! What gift to give him? He looks like he has everything. I don't feel like giving gift certificates. I want something personal. A car? Should I ask Yohan to choose a car? I think it would be the easiest to pick... but will it make me look like I am a sugar daddy or something?

I just went to the pool area. Jeha gave me my phone. "I didn't open the message in case it is private matters. Kian messaged you."

"Thank you." I opened his message. Our previous conversation was deleted already.

📱 I am not drunk today. How are you?

This is funny. It was sent 10 minutes ago. Let me reply after 10 minutes more.

"Oh good that you are not drunk. I am fine. Thanks for asking."

"You are coming to my birthday, right?" I think this is the third time that he asked me this.

"I'll just send my gift if I cannot go. What present do you want?"
Is it normal to ask the celebrant what gift he wants?

"Your presence. I am expecting you to be there. It will be held in our residence and your family confirmed that they are going." That was smooth.

"Let me see."

"I am serious, you don't need to bring a gift...just your presence." Is Kian hitting on me? Of course,not. My brain argued.

"Fine." I agreed.

"Yey, see you then."

Why does he love playing with the chat?

"I hope you are enjoying what you are doing. See you." I know he still replied but I didn't open it anymore.

"Iraaaaaaaaaaaa!" Damn! That voice! Can I hide? She is here again.
"Guess whaaaaaattt?!!!"

"I am not guessing. What is it, Bianne?"

"I have a boyfriend already! He looks gorgeous. Want to see his picture?"
She squealed.

"It's good news. Did you tell your dad?" I asked her.

"Don't you dare. Where's daddy Cade? He told me he'll buy me a matching dress with Candy." She asked.

"In Candy's room. Helping my sister with her assignment. What's the dress for?"

"I am attending Kian's birthday. I am not invited but daddy Cade said I can go too. It's not just anyone's birthday but  Kian's. I need to go of course."
She is acting like a crazy fan.
