Chapter 49

Kian's POV

He keeps calling, but I keep rejecting it.

"Baby, answer please."  He is flooding my phone with messages.
"I am sorry."
"Where are you?"
"I am going to ask someone to pick you up."

"YOU CAN JUST ANSWER MY QUESTION STRAIGHT. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?"

"Baby, where are you?" He asked.

"TK, Miracle. Your turn, where are you?"

"I can't answer yet. Later, baby. Please." His voice is shaky.

"Fine. Then good luck with what you are doing. Have fun." I turned off my phone. It's better before I say harsh words just to regret it later. I returned to the studio and waited for the rehearsals.

I keep on making mistakes. I can't focus. "5 minutes break, I told them."

I turned my phone on, and my notifications kept on coming.

No messages from Ira. All from Jeha.

I called him. I was so nervous.
"What happened, Jeha?"

"He fainted earlier. He is so hardheaded. He will be mad at me for sure but can you please just come here. In your vacation house. In the cabin." He answered. "As quickest as possible, please."

I grabbed my key and ran to the parking lot. I left the rehearsals again, but who cares.

Why exactly is he at my vacation house?

It took me just two hours. I drove straight to the cabin. I think there are four guards outside. All of them are from Ira's security team; Jeha is their team leader.

"What happened?" My heart is beating fast.

I was so nervous. I just noticed that my Cabin was renovated.

It was so beautiful. They put a fence around the house.

"Did Ira do this? Since when you were here?" I asked Josh, one of the twin Elites.

"It's our second day here. He fainted. The doctor checked on him here earlier."

I entered the Cabin.

There are new pieces of furniture inside. It looks so cozy.

There are letter balloons glued on the wooden wall. It's not yet finished.
It says Welco. Ira was trying to surprise me, but I scolded him instead. He must be so disappointed.

"I said no!!! I don't want to. Leave m alone." Ira yelled.

He hasn't seen me yet.

"He is already here, Ira. Get up." Jeha asked him.

Both turned silent.

I walked slowly to him. Jeha tapped my shoulder and walked out of the door.

"Are you trying to surprise me?" I caressed his hair.

He nodded.
He was silent.
He seemed scared.

"What did the doctor say?"

"Nothing to be worried about." Ira lowered his face.

The atmosphere is so quiet.

"Face me," I demanded. He is avoiding my gaze.  "I was in TK when I called you. You understand why I get mad, right?"

Ira is trying to hold his tears, but his eyes are betraying him. It is continuously flowing from his eyes.
It hurts to see him like this.

"Cry if it will make you feel better."
I told him. He is having a hard time controlling it.
