Miracle's POV

"So sweet." This is Candy's voice. She is with mom. Did they see us hugging in my bed?

"Why are you here?"

My boyfriend is still asleep. He pulled me and hugged me tighter. "Sleep more, baby."

"Wake up." I shook his arm.

"Ten more minutes, I." He buried his face more to my neck.

"Oh, so are you not going to have lunch with us?" My mom spoke.

I felt my boyfriend's body stiffened.
He slowly opened his eyes and stood up immediately when he saw the two pairs of eyes staring at us.

"Good morning." He greeted.

"Good AFTERNOON, Kian." Candy emphasized the word afternoon.

"I'm sorry we fell asleep." He said.

"Candy said he can't wake you up so he asked me instead. By any minute from now, Ice will be following here to check what is taking us so long so get up, Ira." My mom told me.

He is looking at us suspiciously. Something is running around his dirty mind again.

"Mom, Kian arrived early in the morning so we just slept more. Stop thinking about anything."

"I am not saying anything at all. Why are you explaining?" He is smiling.

"I know you so much. Go there first. We'll follow you." I told them.

"Be quick beautiful baby Ira and handsome Kian, you know how is Yohan when hungry. We don't want to unleash the beast in him on Saturday afternoon." Candy told us.

"We will, beautiful lady," Kian told her.

"That is why I like you. You know what is the meaning of beautiful ----Me." Candy told him as they walked out of my room.

"You are eating lunch with us. Don't mind the three later. I don't want you to have indigestion." I reminded my boyfriend.

"Don't worry. I won't mind them. They can't intimidate me. But first, give me this..." He pulled my waist and kissed me. I never thought kissing as soon as we wake up will be this good.

"Time to meet them again." I cupped his cheeks. "Show them how unbothered Kian is with their angry stares."

"I will. Watch me." He boasted.

We walked to the third-floor dining room hand in hand. Ice and Yohan are fighting who's in charge of washing the dishes today, nobody is planning to lose.

"Here comes Ira and his boyfriend who sneaked up here when everyone is still sleeping. Congratulations to you for being here and to welcome you, we will put your name in the washing the dishes schedule. So yes, it's your turn today." Ice told him.

"Ice!" I scolded him. How can that be a warm welcome to my boyfriend?

"Why not? See that? He is pointing to the schedule printed and pinned to our fridge. Saturday afternoon is empty. And you Ira, you are in charge in the evening." I am washing even not in the schedule.

"I want to... Put my name too. Please put me on the list." Candy is the only one excited to put her name on the household chores list.
"Am I not a family?" She pouted.

"You are too small. You can't. I'll put you in the dusting schedule instead." Ice is in charge of the schedules and everything is in favor of him.

"That's how we are here. We are an independent kind of people. We are responsible citizens. We clean on our own. We don't ask for help for this kind of super difficult task. Even Bianne has a schedule in cleaning here so don't expect that you are exempted." Ice told him.
