I remember when life was confusing for me.
Girls had the prettiest faces that made me flee.
Women's magnetism truly riddled a younger me.
My attraction was understood, but it seemed wrong.
I jumped through hoops asking why I stared so long.
It would make for a confusing self-discovery song.
Somehow things managed to get even stranger.
My attraction to men was like an animal endanger.
Liking one after a long time was a game-changer.
Though I like both genders while writing this rhyme.
Orientation is strange and can change over time.
I'll be thankful if it doesn't switch at the flip of a dime
