"It's fine... I can wait," she said, making my eyebrows furrowed.

Wait for what? For me to like her? As if.

Slowly, I smiled at her despite the irritation I was feeling. I saw how her eyes glimmered again upon seeing the smile on my lips. I felt my dimples showing when I smiled which made me want to stop smiling, but I need to smile at her to show how genuine I am.

"I think you misunderstood me...." I slowly said, trying to make her understand what I was trying to say. "I don't like you now, and I won't like you in the near future... Even in the farthest future, I won't. Why? Because I'm not planning to like someone when I can live by myself alone,"

Just like what other girls do whenever I directly reject them, she ran away from me with tears in her eyes. I let out a heavy sigh before getting my phone from my pocket to text Lila about it. I'm sure that she will laugh at me again because she knows how I hate being confessed to. I'm not naive. I know when someone likes me because all my hunches about girls liking me are all confirmed to be true every time they confessed to me. I hate it when they're confessing because I need to hurt their feelings.

We're too young yet they keep bugging me. That's so freaking annoying. They should just read the Bible instead of bothering me about liking them back. I appreciate their braveness to confess, but it gets annoying already because they keep confessing and confessing. Araw-araw na lang yatang may umaamin sa 'kin na gusto nila ako o may crush sila sa 'kin.

I arched my eyebrow when I read Alena's chats to me. She said that there's a new girl in their ballet class which means another student for my mother to teach. I licked my lower lip when I heard that the new girl is from the Philippines. Interesting.

I quickly took my things before leaving the classroom of my piano class to go to the next building, where my mother was working. I was chatting with Alena about the new girl she was talking about while I was already in the elevator. Quickly, I entered their ballet room, where everyone was gathered because of someone who was performing. I put my things down since this is already normal to me whenever I visit this classroom. Mommy was playing the piano while a girl was dancing in front of us.

A familiar melody echoed around the classroom that was made by my mother who was passionately playing the piano in front of her. A smile crept on my lips upon seeing how passionate my mother was. I want to be a professional pianist because of her. She is so good at playing every instrument she wants to play yet the piano is what got my interest. I felt like my fingers are being free while they are dancing through the piano.

Curiously, I walked towards the space between the students who were busy watching the girl who was dancing in front. My eyebrows furrowed when I didn't recognize her face. I couldn't take a good view of her since she was busy dancing, but I am certain that I never saw her before. It looked like she's the new girl that my cousin was talking about.

I crossed my arms over my chest as I tilted my head while watching her danced. Her moves are light as feathers while her body perfectly moved along the melody that was echoing around the room. My crossed arms loosened when she faced my direction. Her eyes were closed yet I could still see how passionate she was while dancing. Her dark brown hair was in a bun which made me got a chance to see her face.
