4 - Pass It On

He is awoken by his loud alarm clock once again, as this time he was in a much more peaceful sleep.

He sighs as he turns off the alarm, sitting up and rubbing the sleep from his eyes. Even though he was in a pretty deep sleep he still feels refreshed and ready for the day.

He slides out of his bed as he picks up his work clothes that he left on the floor the previous day. He'll wash them the moment he comes back from work.

He then walks over to the bathroom, doing his daily routine of showering, brushing his teeth, then brushing his fluffy hair. Once he has his work clothes on he notices the paint on his nails starting to wear out, he'll have to repaint them soon. He's getting better at that!

He then hears his phone ring, quickly walking back into his room to answer it.

"Hello?"

"Hey mate! You coming into work today?"

A northern British accent fills his ears and he instantly knows who it is. He smiles but quickly frowns as he looks at the time. He's not late to his shift, that's weird he would ask

"Yeah? I'm not late am I?"

"Nono, just makin' sure since Wil's not feelin' too well. Was wonderin' if you could help Techno in the back in his place. No biggie if not but I'll pay ya extra."

Karl lets outa breath of relief as he isn't in trouble, nodding before responding verbally.

"Okay- yeah! I can help him!"

"Okay, thank you mate! I'll see you soon."

Karl could hear the warm smile in his voice at the last line, hanging up after he says goodbye and putting his phone in his pocket.

He then heads downstairs, quickly getting his shoes on and grabbing a poptart before leaving and locking up his house.

He then begins his walk, this time listening to music as he remembered to bring his headphones.

As he's jamming out he does his usual Twitter scrolling, smiling and giggling at a few of the posts and responding to some of them. His smile becoming wider as he gets a dm from his good friend.

After that nightmare, yes I did :) how about you? Did 'sappy' keep you warm? ;)

LOL!! HELL YEAH HE DID! When I got back into bed he instantly cuddled me, he's just a big teddy bear!

Karl puts away his phone as he walks into the shop, seeing everyone is there except Wilbur, to be expected.
