Here we are, with the beast and the creator. In a dark room with an even darker corner, here to understand how this happened, how life took such a drastic turn for two individuals meant to be one.

She stands in the center staring into the darkest corner hoping to see what is there, straining her eyes to see the divine.

"I worked so hard to create you and some how you have managed to do the opposite of your purpose. Mind explaining how, my creation?" The divine said.

The girl scoffed, "You have watched and seen it all. You have only interfered when I accepted death alone, why don't you tell me how this happened."

There was a deep chuckle in the dark corner she was speaking to. "I know what happened, I seen the wrong turns and miscalculated steps, I am asking you to justify those steps and potentially redeem yourself."

The young woman exhaled a defeating breath as her mind replayed the last year of her life, part of her not yet processing everything. Another part still trying to understand how she ended up here of all places, how her life came to such a bitter end.

"Mind if I take a seat?" She asked the dark.

It didn't respond but her request was granted when a familiar chair appeared beside her. Her lips ran tight when the familiar red material appeared, she slid a hand along the arm of the chair, remembering the owner. She took a seat and leaned back.

"You really want to know my story?" She asked the dark.

"I asked, did I not?" It responded.

She chuckled. "You did." She sighed. "When all this started I didn't think I'd be here, this wasn't in the plan."

"Tell me what happened." It coaxed.

She thought to herself for a minute, debating with herself how much to tell. Should she tell it all, every last detail, every thought, feeling, emotion, ache and pain, would that be wise to revisit every painful memory?

She didn't know, all she knew was that she had to start somewhere, and she did.
Words began tumbling from the poor girls lips, starting on the day she found love and death in one being.
