Entry #3
The poor beast had fallen unconcious just as I delivered the last of the power she needed for the change and surprisingly she handled it better than I assumed, holding onto her conciousness longer than I expected of her.
Now we must wait for her to awaken, she has drained nearly all of my power leaving me to take us to the safest place I know to go in situations where I am vulnerable. In the five days we have been here I have restored a little over half of what she took but she has yet to awaken, she has just slept since the outbringing. She tosses and turns every so often just to prove she is still of the living world and being stuck here with this thing has made me question if she can really handle the world I'm bringing her into.
If I am to admit the full truth, I expected her to die in the outbringing. She was so weak and such a rare abomination, she hadn't even awoken her gene within herself yet. The outbringing should have killed her, especially since I have never done it before and I feared that I would over do it and accidentally end the Atlas bloodline in that bedroom five nights ago. The young beast has surprised me and has now caught my full curiosity, I have been itching for her to awaken so I can see what monster I have claimed but she is leaving me to continue waiting alone as I regain my strength and watch from afar.
