convalescent therapy

The school activities are all conducted online and it seems like the mysterious pandemic has ever slowed in terms of the spreading rate. Due to no safistying explanation of the dying students, the parents of the children whose life has been taken away are now mad to the school principal whom they think as unresponsive and ignorant about what's happening to their children. Same with Ms. Frida. She claimed to the parents that probably the cause of Daria and Tristan's death were the same as what was happening to their children. Ms. Frida said that the principal are spreading a new kind of pathogen to kill their students so the school would get compensation money from the government. Ms. Frida told the parents that the school would get compensation money to be sent to the parents if their students died from COVID-19. She also further explains that was also the reason why investigation was stopped. She explains that the principal didn't want the parents to know her vicious plan. This leads more anger towards the principal and they all sign a petition to sent the principal to jail.

Using the PCR method, Ms. Frida prove to the parents that it was all not COVID-19, but the new pathogen that was created by the principal. She also claimed that the principal killed Tristan and Daria to make it seems like it was all Daria and Tristan's fault. Probably that was all the reason why Ms. Frida suddenly gone after Daria and Tristan's death because their deaths weren't in her plan.

Basically, what really happened was that she wanted to put the blame on the principal for not being responsible for the students death while after so many death, she wanted to introduce the ester chemical which could kill the pathogen that Daria and Tristan were working on, persuading everyone to think as if she's the hero for making the 'innovation'.

But, because Tristan killed Daria and accidentally killed himself, so now her plan was messed up. Nevertheless, she still want to put the blame on the principal. Briefly, there was a beef between the principal and Ms. Frida. The beef behind this vicious plan is still remind unknow and only Daria who knows why.

Daria and his friends were angry to hear that. They all know that it was Ms. Frida's intention to kill the whole school and sending the principal to the jail while presenting herself as a hero. Daria explains to his friends, "Ms. Frida asked me to create a pathogen which I don't really understand why and also the ester to counteract with the pathogen activity, and Tristan was angry at me. Ms. Frida did this because..." he tried to recall what happened but he couldn't because his memory is with Alex in another dimension. "I have to access my memory first from Alex to know the reason," he continues, "But for now I think it's better to just focus on the convalescent plasma therapy first."

Daria, who is being known as Alex to their friends, start the conversation in the class group.

Alex : Hey, I heard from Miss Frida that there is a mysterious pathogen that killed half of us. I have a solution from this. I was infected also but I didn't die, so I have enough antibodies to inject to you guys, so you guys could have my antibodies, so you wouldn't get sick from the pathogen! It's like the convalescent therapy for COVID-19 where you could get antibodies from another survivor, but this time it's not COVID-19 antibodies, but the pathogen antibodies. That's the only differences.

Ms. Frida who's trying to convince the parents to be on her side said, "You guys should try, I hope there's a cure for this illness."

Alex : I've tried to extract the antibodies, clone it, and inject it to Sisil, Arvia, Renka, and Katrina and they all seems fine.

The parents are still unconvinced with Alex' idea but they are all frustrated and they don't want for their children to get infected. After all,  that's the only option to get away with an illness which has 99% death rate. Also, the parents couldn't know if their children are already infected or not because of the incubation period of the pathogen. Simply, they won't know until the symptoms start to kick in, and that's all already too late.

Have no other choices, 100 students voluntarily give themselves for the convalescent therapy injection. They only hope for the best. It is estimated to wait for 7 days after the therapy. If they are not experienting no symptoms, then they have to do blood draw in a lab to test the antibody level in their blood using the ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method.

A week had passed and they all rushed to the nearest medical laboratory to get their blood drawn and tested. From 100 students who got injected, 99 of them have a sufficient antibodies to fight the microorganisms. One student had a severe allergic reaction due to hypersensitivity, preventing their body to accept the antibodies. So, their bodies killed the 'MsPH-2 antibodies' as a defense mechanism. Not a week after that, the student who failed to have an adequate antibodies died from the Mycosperium infection, with the last symptoms was madness and delirium.

After 99 of the volunteers get injected and have a sufficient antibodies, the infection spread stops. It still spread but at a very slow rate and no one dies. The symptoms become milder than before with only vomiting and fever as the most common reported symptoms. The parents of the survivor thanked 'Alex' for that, but the parents of the dead children were still filled with wrath towards the principal. They demand the principal to be sent to prison.

Even though there is not enough proof to prove that it was the principal fault, the principal was sent to prison nevertheless. Ms. Frida used all the compensation money to pay a lawyer, making it possible to send the principal behind bar. The beef between those two, still remains unknown, and they have to resuscitate Daria's body and get access to Daria's memory to figure it out.
