Ave's Pov

It was in the morning 3 Am when we left for the airport and with me I had Charles who was in a mood the whole time.

We were in the waiting area at the airport, I was sitting across the room from him, he was busy reading a book when a lady sat next to him, it was fun to watch her try and start a conversation with Charles but he gave her no attention if anything he was getting annoyed by every passing second.

"I usually enjoy going out to club in my free time, what about you handsome ??" She asked him and to which I laughed inside.

"Ever tried reading a book peacefully, Miss ?!!" He sighed, standing up he grabbed his bag and walked his way to where I was, he looked down at me, "Do you mind ??" He asked as his bright green eyes stared down at me.

"Not at all" that said I picked my phone up from the seat beside me, letting him accommodate that seat.

The woman watching us from across the room rolled her eyes at us. What a bitch.

Charles got back to his reading while I browsed my phone.

Every few minutes I would hear him sigh beside me, I can see that something was bothering him and I just couldn't take it anymore, "Charles what is it ??" I turned towards him in my seat, grabbing the book from his hands I rested it down on my lap.

"Something is bothering you, what is it ??" I asked him again to which he looked away from me.

"It's frustrating, I never thought that I would return back to where I came from, let's just say I don't have good memories with that place and besides that we left Regina back home in a condition which if compromised she won't be able to defend herself" his concern was evident on his face which I found it adorable.

"Well we are doing this for her Charles, would you rather she stay in that condition or we find this Elvyra person and get a solution and come back home to Regina, it's an in and out job really" to be honest I was freaking out about this as much as he was, going out somewhere without mommy...the thought was terrifying enough to make my stomach hurt but I will have to be strong for now atleast.

"It's going to be okay Charles" I assured him.

"I guess" he said taking back his book as he got back to his reading.

"So you are a Vampire like Regina and Joshua ??" I asked him trying to change the topic.

"Noooo, a skin-walker...I can change to whatever and whoever I want to be, making me posses all their power whenever I want for a limited time period after which my body will return to it's natural form" he said looking me me in the eyes as they turned neon and then back to it's natural honey colour.

"Interesting...I take it that there are many different beings out there like you excluding humans" I was excited as to what all beings might I encounter in London which is said to be the heart of all the supernatural existence!!

"Indeed and I see your curiosity rising, just remember that not all of the beings out there are our allies" he said in a warning tone which if anything made me more curious.

"Tell me about it, I want to know what all things exist" we were sitting her doing nothing either way, a bit of history lesson won't do us any harm, now would it ??

"I am not sure if Regina would have wanted you to know about all these..." He trailed off and contemplating on the thought.
