Chapter : 9

I was all ready to go down in front of my death angel but there was this smell in the air which was familiar and I took this bold decision to find the source, I walked through the corridor trying to figure out what room was the smell coming from.

I found this one room which was locked and I tried to peep through the keyhole and was shocked to what I saw in there, a body was floating in the air and I couldn't see who it was. 

Is the person a captive ? Why was  the body floating in thin air ? Is this some kind of magic ? and my trail of thoughts were cut short by the smell which hit me hard which means the source was near.

I walked further towards the only room left on this floor, and by every step I took the air around me started to weigh on me it was as if my heart will explode. With one last step I reached for the door and pushed it open surprisingly it squeaked wide open and the smell now was more strong. I walked into the room and oh my good Lord it was an architectural masterpiece.

Walking further I came across the library and the smell here was way to strong and it made me feel dizzy and nauseous, before I could throw up I rushed my way out of the room.

After when I felt normal I decided to go downstairs where I was expected to me.

Regina sat there with her dogs sitting right next to her, what is she planning to do ?  Kill me and let her wolf like dogs do the rest ? 

Before my subconscious could answer those question I heard her voice inside my head, "Stop thinking shit" and to which I laughed out loud because now I was imagining her voice in my head. I am officially mental!!

"What was so funny ?" She asked giving me a raised eyebrow look, which for a person like me was scary. Hell everything about her screams scary, she is like a human daughter of devil or even worst devil himself trapped in a body of Goddess!!

"Highly debatable but then again could be possible..." She said with a smirk and there was this darkness behind her eyes which made me curl.

"Wait..You can read my mind..." I asked with fear in my voice.

"Yes, I can. Now please hurry up and finish the act of you being scared all over again, I don't have  all day Miss Angelus" she was downright evil, why is she so rude and mean to me ?

"Why can't you just say it up to my face and save us both some time and effort for me to go through your head" What is she a witch or something ?

"I am sorry" I said to which she scoffed.

"About ??" she inquired.

"For disobeying you and for invading your privacy, I shouldn't have followed you" I was specific this time and out of no where my head started to spin and I felt dizzy before hitting the floor, the last thing I remember is Regina rushing toward me after which it all went black.

Reginas POV

Why does she always have to be like this when around me. I panicked when I saw her fall down unconscious to the point where I had to reverse my spell on Joshua.

He was pissed off at me first but when he saw Ave unconscious he rushed towards her to examine her, "Oh don't worry she is still breathing" I said taking my seat across him with a glass of apple crisp martini to which he game me a look, "Do you mind ?" That said I took a sip of my drink.

"Are you done ? Why are you ignoring the fact that she needs you Regina. She needs your blood!!" He said which made me to roll eyes at him.

Taking another sip of my drink, I sighed in relief as the liquor made it's way down my throat leaving a burning trail behind.

"We need to keep her out of this life Joshua, she will die if I let her in knowing that we will soon be out of Emma's blood" I was calm, very calm to be honest.

"At least she will survive her heart Regina and I promise we will figure a way out before we run out of Emma's blood but just please help her for now!!" I saw his eyes fill up and that was something I hated, crying just makes you weak and I can't be weak.

Not when I have made a deal with the devil.
