We landed late in the afternoon at the Heathrow airport where we were attended to by someone from the clan, someone Charles knew all to well, they were definitely related but their attitude towards each other was distant.

Fifteen minutes in the car ride with her driving and Charles sitting next to her on the passenger seat while there was pin drop silence which was off course awkward for me, Charles didn't even bother to introduce me to the lady which was weird and not to forget rude!!

"How was your flight ??" The lady asked looking at me through the rearview mirror, it's then I noticed her features, she had a dark skin, blue eyes and short hair, black.

"Alright, thanks for asking...." I trailed off to let her know that I didn't get a name yet or a proper introduction for that matter.

"Oh where are my manners. I apologize, Ave this is Jocelyn my step sister and Jocelyn meet Ave she is..." Charles was interrupted by her.

"The queens mate, I know Charles...there's no one in the community who doesn't know of her" she said looking at her brother, "You know how it is in the community up here, everyone is aware of who the royals court, no one here would want a painful death trying to court someone who the royals are seeing already" she added.

"How ludicrously convenient for the Royals ehh!!" Charles said clearly disappointed by something she said.

"You still are the same Charlie boy, listen brother I said this before and I will say this to you again...You don't necessarily have to agree with whatever the royals say or do here but please respect the fact that you no longer are a resident here so your thoughts or your point of view is not at all required here, keep it to yourself, will ya?!" Jocelyn said as she took a road down the highway and now we were driving through what seems to be an endless forest.

"I am aware of that Jocelyn, you don't have to keep taunting me with that!!" Charles hissed at her and now I can see why he was nervous before at the airport, even I would share the same emotional stress if I were to be at his place right now.

"Back then you made one decision to leave here, leave the very place you were born to serve and die for protecting and we all respected that, we did, didn't we ?!" I admit Jocelyn was being a bit dramatic with the argument.

It's not that I am complaining thou, instead I am really enjoying the thing and wanted this to not end until we reach where we are supposed to be, I know I was being selfish and evil but this here was raw entertainment!!

"Now, I hope you will respect our decision whatever it may be for and remember also you will have no right to speak in the court of Queen Mother Elvyra" Jocelyn said looking at Charles who wasn't even paying attention to her anymore, he was busy staring outside the window.

What fancy name she owns there this Lady Elvyra.

"For God's sake give it a rest will you, I am here for a reason Jocelyn or else I wouldn't have come back to this godawful place and I think you should know I don't care how you do things here or should I say what cruelty the Queen Mother showers upon the people living here, I left this place for a reason and I am so glad that I did, Now, I don't want to talk about any of this; let me just finish the work I came here for and I will leave and never return for the good of you and your Queen Mother!!" Charles totally crushing her here checked on me in the back.

"I am sorry babe love that you had to listen to this, are you okay ??" he asked placing his hand on my knee, I took his hand in mine and gave it a squeeze assuring her that I was fine and it was okay to which he smiled at me and he held my hand all throughout our ride which was sweet.

Nothing was said between him and Jocelyn all throughout the rest of our ride which was good considering how upset now Charles was and I am sure he must be regretting his decision to come along with me, now I feel sorry for him.
