Betty's Pov

Infront of our eyes she passed out but before she could hit the ground, Dr. Black had her arms wrapped around Ave's waist securing her from falling down, for a minute I saw worry in her eyes which was then replaced by voidness, she must have felt my eyes on her meanwhile "you guys continue with your day, I will take care of her" her words were sharp enough to have each one of us moving but I decided to stay, I was just concerned about Ave.

"I will take it from here, Miss. Cruzo" Dr. Black said as she carried Ave in bridal style but I can't live Ave alone with this bitch knowing what happened yesterday and today morning, "No I will join you, she is my friend and I need to know if she is alright" I said earning me a glare from her, "Fine, follow me" were her only words which surprised me, wow, I thought she would insult me or something but nothing of that sort followed.

I followed her all the way up to 13th floor which I remember was forbidden and now I was about to go in there, it's now that I realize for it to be one hell of a tall building, consisting of white exterior, we were on the 13th floor and we walked further in towards a consulting room presume, while all along our way there were either employees greeting her or patients but her eyes were down on Ave and the amount of concern she held up in her eyes made me feel like she knew Ave, besides that there was this one thing in particular I found wired was all of them people had there heads bowed, no one looking up, it was as if she had a control over them.

Finally we were led to the OPD room, entering which my eyes landed up on the God himself, by that I mean the man who was probably incharge here, he was handsome, his eyes were black at first glance but then you could say that they were lenses because you could see a hint of light yellow colour within them, he was tall with broad shoulders and had jet black hair which gave him a sharp look, his aura was that of a powerful being, my thoughts were interrupted by his voice which had a certain British accent, "Good Morning Mother, wait...Is..is That Camr...." He was about to say that name again which Dr. Black was about to spill minutes ago but he was straight away interrupted by Dr. Black, "Morning Joshua, this is Ave Maria and her friend...both of them are first year residents" She trailed off leaving it up on me to introduce myself, "Good Morning doctor, I am Betty Cruzo" I introduced myself as he smiled and good lord was I dead...he is so cute, "Nice to meet you Dr. Cruzo, I am Dr. Joshua Black" he said and now I wonder, Joshua Black is Dr. Blacks son ?

Our thoughts were interrupted by the woman, "Check her" Dr. Black commanded which had Joshua moving, as he asked the woman to lay the girl down on a stretcher after which Dr. Black took her seat on a chair, in the far left corner of the room as she watched her son getting ready to investigate Ave.

Next fifteen minutes went with him monitoring her blood pressure and overall check up, at the end of it all he scribbled down all of what he discovered and handed it over to Dr. Black who was seated there all calm and collected, "Nothing serious, she is low on Calories" the man said as Dr. Black went through the notepad, "Wake her up Joshua" she said to which he nodded and made his way towards Ave but again Madam Bitch decided to show her colourful side, "Or let it be, she is not our concern, I am sure they have time to deal with this" she said and eyed us "Take her home, your first day will be marked absent because of your little friend here" Compare a Chameleon and Dr. Regina Black, you will see Dr. Black winning, she changes her colour faster then a fucking Chameleon and not to forget mentioning a fact that now I hate her the most, I was about to take a stand against what she said but then I worked here and she owns the place and I am sure she knew what was going on inside my head as she smirks.

"Go on, get yourself of off the floor, as you know the 13th floor is off limit for you and your minions" Dr. Black said, such a bitch. I walked my way near Ave and tried to scoop her up but it was hard for me to do so, I heard her sigh "Alright, I will carry her down for you" she said rolling her eyes at me, "Go on, I will be down in the parking in a while" she said as I nodded, last thing I heard before I walked my way out was "She is alive...." his tone was full of surprise, that just added up to my curiosity, this year is going to be interesting and we are going to have lots and lots of fun investigating this.
