Third person's pov
When Hoseok's eyes landed on a very familiar looking car parked outside of his house and wide opened doors, he rushed inside. He felt a little ecstatic to know that his husband was home, unannounced at that.
Entering inside, he could see the man he was married to crouching in front of a small cupboard. Hoseok could see the other draws and cupboards were opened as well, the contents inside most of it were disheveled.
"Yoongi? What are yo--" he couldn't complete his sentence as the elder stood from where he was crouching and started yelling.
"Where the fuck have you been, huh? Couldn't you pick your phone?" annoyance was clear in the elder's features, his eyebrows pinched together.
"I was in my classes. What happened? What's wrong?" Hoseok questioned, confused.
"Where are the documents? The ones dad dropped by,"
Then it hit Hoseok. His husband was here to collect the documents his father in law handed him two days ago. Not for him. Right.
Without a word, he walked into their supposed to be shared bedroom and returned with a red colored folder which had a stack of papers placed in it neatly. The moment the brunette returned, Yoongi snatched the folder and started checking if everything was on place.
"You didn't have the basic decency to call me and let me know?" Yoongi scoffed, his expression somewhere in between annoyed and disgusted.
"And?" Hoseok heaved a sigh, he was never the one to talk back, but he did. "You would've picked?" he scoffed back.
Maybe it was the rush of adrenaline, from dancing for three hours, speaking. Maybe he was so done with how Yoongi was treating him. Maybe it was because...because--
"What did you say?" Yoongi's face scrunched in confusion. Because, as I said, Hoseok was never the one to talk back. He'd rather dig a hole and hibernate inside it than standing up for himself. That was the Hoseok he knew.
But, again, for all he knows he never knew Hoseok. Many things might have changed in the past six years, or the Hoseok he knew was all a lie.
"I asked, would you have picked my call? You never do," Hoseok's voice wasn't accusing, but more with a hint of disappointment or sadness maybe? Yoongi couldn't pin point it.
"I don't have the time for this. You text me everyday for anything unnecessary, why couldn't you tell me this?"
"Why do you hate me so much?" the elder's question was totally ignored by the brunette. He didn't care, he wanted to know.
Hoseok knew he wasn't ready for whatever the elder was gonna throw at him.
The answer for his question. He wasn't ready.
But he didn't have the time anymore. He had to rush it. Ready or not, he has to know.
"Hate?" Yoongi looked a little perplexed, eyes soft with many emotions that Hoseok couldn't name. After all, he couldn't even feel many emotions for himself, how was he gonna name something he didn't know?
"I don't think I'm capable of that, Hoba," Yoongi chuckled, dryly. If not for the heaviness in the room, maybe then Hoseok would've dwelled on the fact that Yoongi called him with that long forgotten nickname. "I can never hate you,"
"Then why?" Hoseok was tired. Physically and mentally. "Then why are we like this, hyung?"
"Because of you," that was the truth.
That was the harsh reality Hoseok didn't want to come back to. He lost Yoongi years ago because of himself. No one could be blamed but himself. Maybe not. Maybe there were many others who were the reason, but in Yoongi's eyes it was only Hoseok.
"Because someone like me meant nothing to you," Yoongi's voice cracked in the end very slightly. He could feel the dampness on his pale cheeks. He felt bad for letting his tears have it's way down his skin like usual.

Strolling along the pathway, looking at the surroundings the brunette felt confused.
"Why does all the buildings look the same?" he mumbled to himself as he looked around and in every direction.
Maybe he should've listened and wrote the address down on a piece of paper instead of relying on his memory. He thought he'd spot the place with it's color or something, but to his bad luck every single block of building around the housing location looked exactly same.
"Won't even pick the call. How am I supposed to find his house and surprise him?" with a pout, he gave up on the plan and trudged back to the house he had initially come to.
Upon entering the said house, he could see someone's back facing him as his partner was shedding tears.
"Baby? are you cry---" the male stopped mid sentence as the other person in the room turned towards his direction.
"Jungkook?" Hoseok mumbled, a frown of confusion etched on his pale features. Now that Jungkook notices, his hyung looks much paler than his normal complexion. He looked a little sick.
"Seokie hyung, what are you doing he--" his words were left hanging mid sentence in the air, again. Something churned in the bottom of his stomach as a heavy lump settled on his throat as he took the scene in front of him properly.
His boyfriend was sniffling softly as tears cascaded down his skin without a pause. His Hoseok hyung stood in the living room emotionless, face stoic.
And as long as he remembers, this is the housing Hoseok was living in. After all, he was strolling down the streets last forty minutes in attempts of searching the elder.
This can't be.. right?
Right?
It's not what he was thinking, right?
"Yoongi hyung. Is Hoseok hyung you-your---" he couldn't push the words out anymore. It was stuck in his throat. Something heavy was settling in his chest. It was overwhelming. So overwhelming and Jungkook didn't like that feeling.
He wasn't doing this to Hoseok hyung, right?
He was not the reason for his hyung's misery, right?
It--It can't be.
"Jungkookie.. you're crying," Hoseok's soft voice pulled him out of his never ending circles of thoughts. Only now did he feel the streaming of tears down his face.
"Is he your husband, hyung?"
Hoseok didn't respond.
But the youngest of the three could see a small, soft smile stretching on Hoseok's now colorless lips.
"Is he your boyfriend, Kookie?"
