Reality

I wake up in a unfamiliar room. It must be mid day, because the sun was shinning bright from the sky. The light shined upon The walls, they are filled with posters of videos games, movies, and other franchises. Where am I? What happened last night? This room is huge, definitely bigger than my living room. I sit up in bed and look around a little to get familiar with where I am.

I stand up from the bed confused. As I go to stand, I see Henry laying on the floor below me. Did I come here with him last night? He looked so cute as he sleeps, especially with his toned muscles showing with the lack of a shirt. He must do a sport or work out, because they definitely doesn't come naturally.

I look over to see my stuff prepared nicely for me by the bedroom door. I walk carefully around Henry, trying not to wake him up. I head towards the door and grab my stuff, making sure its all there. "I promise I didn't take anything." I look over to see Henry getting up from the floor. All he's wearing is underwear. "Thanks." I say, trying to avoid eye contact with the half naked boy. I think he noticed how I'm feeling because he says, "Oh sorry, I should cover up." Blush floods over my face. "No it's fin- uh i mean it's not ba- well uh." The words don't seem to come out my mouth as I now feel embarrassed. Henry giggles and I look over to see him with a large smile. "I hope this isn't weird , but your cute when you're like this. All embarrassed and blushing." He smiles at me as I meet his eyes with mine.

We just stare at each other for about thirty seconds before I break the silence. "Well i should get going." Henry walks towards me. "Before you go, may I make you some breakfast?" He asks opening the bedroom door. "Well yeah if you put on some pants." The familiar grin forms on his face again. "You make a hard bargain. Fine, I'll get a shirt." I roll my eyes and walk out the door. He's such a flirt.

I walk down the hall with some pretty cool paintings, the hallway was enormous. Henry's family must be rich because this place is huge. I admire the paintings as  I walk down the hall, trying to find the kitchen. I finally find it near the end of the hall after going down a large staircase. It was a really cute kitchen. Pure white with some black accents. It reminds me of the kitchen in my fake reality. In fact, I started to realize that everything seemed to resemble my fake reality. I must just be over thinking it. Its just a coincidence.

Henry walks into the kitchen, still shirtless. I sit at some chairs they had by the kitchen island.  Henry faces away from me, showing his back muscles as he searches the cabinets for something. "What would you like?" He asks. "Well, what do you have Gordon Ramsey." He looks back at me and smiles. He seems to smile a lot. "Well, we have some cereal, pancake batter, and stuff for breakfast burritos." The sound of breakfast burritos fills me with hunger. "Definitely breakfast burritos." "My thoughts exactly." He says grabbing a pan.

Once he finished making us a nice hot breakfast. He prepares us some plates and sets down mine in front of me, as he sits beside me. "Thank you." I say, shoving the burrito in my mouth. The warm cheeses perfectly mixed between the potatoes and ham. The best mixture. Henry admires the way I enjoy his food. I can tell he's proud of himself because of the way he smiles. "Do you like it?" He asks. I nod and cover my mouth. I had a mouthful of burrito so I couldn't reply. "Glad you like it, I've been practicing my cooking." He looks down to his food, lifting the burrito to his mouth. "This is the best breakfast I've had in a while. My mom never cooks anymore." Henry looks over to me confused. "She doesn't cook for you anymore?" He frowns. "Not after my dad disappeared. My sister and me have had to fend for ourselves mostly since. My mom just gives us money each week to take care of ourselves." Kevin Puts a hand on my back, I don't push him away. "If you ever need a place to stay, Tell me. My parents are never home and we have plenty of rooms. That goes for your sister too." I look at him shocked. "But you just met me? That's to much." Henry doesn't seem to care though. "I know I can trust you." He says and faces his food again, mumbling something. "What was that?" I ask. "Oh nothing." He continues eating his burrito.

Henry takes my empty plate to the sink as we both finish our breakfast. "Again, thank you Henry." He smiles. "Anytime new kid." I walk towards the door but before I can leave, Henry grabs my arm facing me towards him.   My lips are now right below his. "Stay." He says. The soft ton of his voices melts my heart. I look at his lips, mine now feeling dry. "On one condition." I smile. He returns the smile as I stare into his chocolate drown eyes. "Anything." He smirks. "You have to take me to get some clothes from my house." I say, putting my hands on his chest, pushing him away, giving some space between us. I grab the handle of the door again and pull it open behind me. "Let me grab a shirt." He says walking in the direction to his room." I walk out the door and yell, "I'll wait out here."

After about five minutes, Henry walks out the door holding car keys, his phone , and a wallet. "Ready?" He asks. "Yep." I say, opening his car door. He gets in the driver side and starts the car. We start to move and quickly get to his gate, where he enters a passcode to open it.

I tell Henry my address as he enters it into his phone. I take my phone out of my pocket for the first time to see messages from my sister. -Where are you? Pierce. Pierce. Pierce. - The messages read. Sometime she can be really controlling. She thinks she's better because she was born fifteen minutes before me. I ignore the messages and put my phone on silent. "Who was it?" Henry asks curiously. "My annoying sister." I look out the window, seeing that we are heading down my street. "At least your family talks to you."  He says frowning. I grab his hand, trying to comfort him. He looks over to my for a second and the frown disappears. I look ahead of us to see a car coming directly at us. Henry swerves the car as I act out of fear. The familiar light surrounds my body as I swing my door open. I grab Henry before the car hits the ditch, and I fly out of the car with him in my arms. He's heavy but it wasn't a problem. I create a shield around us, making us not visible to anything around is. The fear in his eyes makes me sad, but I can't worry about that now.

I fly down to an alleyway as the light around me fades and the shield disappears. Henry looks at me in shock. "How did you-" Before he finishes his sentence, I interrupt him. "Henry, you can't tell anyone about this." He still looks confused, but he nods. He immediately starts with questions. " Are you like an avenger or something." I laugh at the comment. "Not even close. I mean that would be cool, but no." Henry smiles, surprisingly taking the information well. "Are you mad at me?" I ask looking at the ground. "Why would I be mad at you? You saved me." He grabs my chin, lifting my face to his. He moves his face towards mine. "I could never be mad at you prince." The words shock me as his lips meet mine. I kiss him back as he tongue wants permission to my mouth. I accept his tongue. He takes so good. Even though I have questions going through my mind, this is the best I've felt in a while.
