"Oh! Y/N-Chan!"

The second you enter the library your eyes snap up to the cheery boy standing behind the counter of the coffee shop, his hands abandoning the coffee he's making so he can run up to you.

"H-Hi Shuka..."

"I'm so happy you're back! Are you okay?"

"Hmm? O-Oh yeah...I just wasn't feeling good is all..I went home and now I'm all better..."

Even though I'm wearing a diaper now....

But Jimin said that'll be our little secret..

"Thank goodness! I was so worried...hey...our outfits match!"

Parting your lips in light surprise when you look at Shuka's outfit that resembles your own your cheeks stretch into a tender grin, your hands shyly shoving down in the droopy pockets of your cardigan.

"We do match! We look like the brother and sister in a drama..."

"Hey you're right! I didn't know you watched dramas! That's the coolest part about living here, every cafe I go in to there's a drama on the tv!"

"Um..hello I ordered an Americano?"

"O-Oh! S-Sorry ma'am! Ill be right there!"

Following behind Shuka when he stumbles behind the counter your eyes widen when you see the coffee spilled all over the floor, a loud squeak emitting from Shuka's lips when he finally pressed the button to turn off the stream of coffee.

"Oh man...I-I'll clean this up! You don't move a muscle Y/N-Chan! You go enjoy your breakfast!"

Shuka...

He's so clumsy...

Stepping around the giant puddle of coffee and taking a seat at the end of the counter you watch Shuka scramble along the small shop, the woman rolling her eyes when he finally hands her the drink.

"S-Sorry for the inconvenience ma'am..."

"Whatever."

Pushing your lip out into a pout at the woman rudeness Shuka simply shrugs his shoulders and grabs a roll of paper towels, his crooked grin shining when he looks over at you again.

"She wasn't very nice was she."

"No she wasn't...but she's one of Ella's friends so don't expect them to ever be nice..."

"Oh my the way Y/N-Chan, the coffee shop isn't going to be open this afternoon because I have to go talk to my exchange student advocate about something and I don't want you to be by yourself so I told the student body that we would be closed this afternoon...I hope that's okay."

Darn...it's so awkward having to be by myself because Minnie always tries to sit with me...and for some reason I don't want to sit with her right now...

"Mmm...that's fine Shuka...what do you have to talk to your advocate about?"

"Well I want to actually stay here in Korea after my school term is over...I really like it here...and I would like to stay in the area so my advocate will be able to start the paperwork so I can begin the process of getting my citizenship!"

"...Woah...so you aren't going back to Japan?"

"Not to live, no. I'll go back and visit sometimes but...I think I can make a better life for me here in Korea."

Wow...so Shuka isn't going to leave like Piper did.."

So that means we could stay friends!
