Cora and I haven't spoken in weeks. Whenever I see her, she walks the other direction. She still sleeps in our room, so I'm glad she doesn't want to switch. At least not yet.

I talked to Michael about it, and he seemed kind of interested. Like, too eager if you know what I mean. It's probably nothing. I'm paranoid.

Another thing is, the twins have started including me in everything.

Growing up, Fred was always my favorite brother. Sure I'm not supposed to have favorites, but he was mine. He was always the older, protective one. He helped me, made sure I never felt alone or excluded, and beat up anyone who looked at me in the slightest way of wrong.

George and I have a bond sure, but nowhere near as strong as mine and Fred's. I mean, when people asked me what job I wanted when I was older, I'd say I wanted to be Fred. Still do sometimes actually.

It's funny, at Hogwarts I never really talk to him or my other brothers, but they go out of their way to spend time with me. Not just me mind you. Lee Jordan, Ron, Harry, Angelina Johnson, Alicia Spinnet. Just about everyone of their friends. I wonder why though.

Oh whatever, back to me and Cora. Cora is hanging out with Cho Chang and her demons. Honestly, not even a month ago, we were calling them idiots behind their backs. And now, Cora Anderson, the least girliest girl I have ever met, has turned pink! She curls her hair, she wears makeup, she wears pink accessories with her uniform. She giggles. Oh damn god. She's turned into a cheerleader! Not that there's anything wrong with them, but I mean the super snobby kind, with pouty lips and high pigtails.

You should have seen the look on McGongall's face when she saw Cora's new look. I thought she was going to faint. She actually came over to me and asked if Cora had an identical twin, or if it was a potion experiment gone wrong. That's when me and Rose we had to tell her. Which is where we're going now.

I knocked on her office door.

"Come in." I heard her say in her Scottish accent.

"Go on, Eve." Rose urged me.

I opened the door with trembling hands and Rose steadied then for me.

"Miss Weasley! Are you alright?" Professor McGonagall asked, setting down a cup of obviously freshly made tea on the saucer.

"Actually Professor, we wanted to tell you something." Rose said, carefully shutting the door behind her.

I skimmed the shelf she kept above her desk which featured tea cups that her favorite students made. I noticed one blue printed one with stags all over it. I noticed another pink printed one with does on them. They reminded me of something.

Professor McGonagall noticed me looking at them and gave me a sad smile.

"Lily Evans and James Potter." She said first pointing to the doe and then the stags. Ohh.

"Oh. They're beautiful." Rose said under her breath.

"Two of Hogwarts' greatest students." Professor McGonagall nodded.

"Tell me, Miss Weasley, Miss Thomas, what you needed to speak to me about."

"It's about Cora."

She nodded.

"You see, her parents disowned her for being a witch. Her parents are like, high believers in Catholicism and they think magic isn't right. But Cora wants to stay here for You-Know-Who. Her parents demanded that she drop magic and come home." Rose said.

Professor McGonagall gasped.
"Oh that's terrible. So that is why she is putting up this act?"

"Precisely."

"Then we must help her. Tea?"

"Yes please." We said in unison.

And from there we planned out a way for us to get our Cora back. The Professor was actually super helpful.

Hey you guys, I'm sorry for the short update, but I'm supposed to be packing. We are going on a trip to Iowa and I might not be able to update at all. My mom is one of those people who has every second planned out. She probably didn't include anytime for me to write. 😂
I hope you guys have a great lday!
Xx Clara 🤍
