Chapter 10

Ginny opened her eyes and smiled.
The Hogwarts Express may look and be ordinary to the young witches and wizards riding it, but to Ginny Weasley it was something that still made her heart skip a beat.

She remembered the first time she saw that train even now.

When Bill had gone to Hogwarts, she had been much too young to remember him leave. No, it had been when Percy left. That was easier to remeber even if she and her family didn't take Percy too fondly now.

"Earth to Ginny. Come in come in, Ginny!" Said Ron, waving his hand over her face.
Ginny rolled her rues and rolled her trunk onto the train.

She turned around and saw Harry. Because Ron and Hermione had been made prefects, they had to go done to the Prefects' compartment.
She pulled his arm. "Come on. We'll save them seats." She said.

She and Harry found Neville Longbottom outside one of the compartments at the far edge.

"Hey Neville!" She said cheerfully.

Neville nodded at her and said "I can't find a place."

She pushed past him and looked at the window of the compartment.
"Here. There's only Luna Lovegood here." She said and with that, opened the sliding door.
"Hi Luna. Mind if we snag a seat?" Ginny asked.
Luna looked at them carefully.
She nodded.

The boys took in her appearance. She had long curly dirty blonde hair, big Specs and an issue of The Quibbler upside down in her hand. Her wand was behind her ear. To say the least, she looked very bizarre.

"Luna, this is Harry Potter and Neville Longbottom. Year above us, Gryffindor. But you knew that. Harry, Nev this is Luna Lovegood. She lives pretty close to The Burrow actually. She is my year but a Ravenclaw." Ginny smiled.
"Wits beyond mans greatest treasuuuure." Luna sang.
The boys exchanged glances.
Ginny opened her mouth to speak but-
Their door flew open. Cora and Rose came in.
"Hi Ginbug. Hi Nevvie. Hi Harrie. Hi Luna. I have to come up with a nickname for you." Said Cora sitting down in Ginny's lap.

Ginny pushed her off. "Do you mind? And don't call me Ginbug. It's weiiird."
Cora laughed. "Weird makes life interesting. Duh."
Rose rolled her eyes. She talked to Harry and Neville while Ginny babysat Cora.
The ride went on smoothly.

When Ron and Hermione came, Cora kicked Ginny off the seat...
And into Harry's lap.
Ginny was really confused.

Then she began chasing Cora around.
"Ouch! Ronald, that was my foot." Exclaimed Hermione.
"Sorry Hermione. Your feet are just hard to miss I guess."
They started bickering.
"Geez. You two argue like an old married couple." Said Harry quietly.
Ginny snickered.
Romione glared at them.
When they got there, and went into the castle for the first time since June, Ginny couldn't help but grin.
"Home Sweet Home." She said.

Sorry that's short but it's not good to stay up so late. That and my brain is empty of ideas. Well maybe I will get one soon.
