I couldn't believe what was happening. I didn't kiss him back, I was in too much shock to do anything. Benny stepped away from me. He just looked at me, with an upset look.

"You were always nice to me, no matter how mean I was to you." I stated quietly. Benny didn't say anything. I think he was too embarrassed that I didn't kiss him back.

I wrapped my arms around Benny's neck and crashed my lips onto his. Our lips began moving in sync with each other, perfectly and roughly. His left arm was around my waist while was right held onto my neck.

We eventually began to kiss each other slowly, as we ran out of breath. We still didn't stop though. he turned me around, leaning me against the rail. His body was pressed against mine. Our kisses became messy. We tried breathing each time our lips broke apart. His lips were so soft, they were practically addicting and I never wanted this moment to end.

Benny broke the kiss and stepped away from me, "That was because I always liked you." He said out of breath. The moonlight reflecting on him made him seem angelic.

I didn't know what to say. I've liked this boy since eighth grade, but I was too caught up in bullying him, I never wanted to be nice.

He put his lips back onto mine, continuing our kiss. He moved his right hand down to my waist slowly. Sending chills down my spine. He moved his lips to my chin, leaving soft kisses all the way down my neck. He then made his way back up to my lips. Our kisses being messy as hell, but the both of us refusing to end this moment.

He broke the kiss, "We should go to bed." He stated.

"Yeah." I agreed. He quickly left a small kiss on my forehead.

We quietly went back to our sleeping bags and lied down. It was too hot to get under the sleeping bags so we both stayed on top. I could tell he was scooting closer to me. He pulled me in by my waist. He just held me there and I felt safe.

I woke up on the floor of the treehouse, loud noises obviously because of the boys. I then realized that Benny's arms were around my waist and I quickly got myself out of that situation.

Squints began loudly laughing with Yeah-yeah, "I knew you two got it going on!" Squints laughed hysterically.

I held my head with my arm in embarrassment. All the boys, and I mean all the boys, except Scotty, began chanting, "Benny and Rowan sitting in a tree!"

It caused Benny to wake up, he didn't know what the hell was going on til he obviously remembered last night. "You guys are so immature!" I spat.

Squints and Ham were making kissy faces. Yeah-yeah was turned around, swaying his body as he crossed his arms to his back moving them up and down.

"You guys just base up!" Benny demanded. All the boys except Scotty continued laughing as they all left the treehouse.

"I'm sorry about them." Benny awkwardly smiled.

I shrugged, "It's whatever." I leaned in and kissed him, then got up and left the treehouse to play with the boys.

After a long time of playing I needed a break. I headed to the dugout and grabbed a water bottle from the cooler.

I then remembered that I haven't been home in a damn long time. I ran out to Benny who was getting ready to bat, "I have to go home, I'll play with y'all tomorrow." I then ran out the sandlot holding onto Benny's glove that he gave to me.

As I finally entered my own neighborhood I saw Charlotte and Jacky a couple houses away from mine. I ran over to them, "Hey guys!"

"Where have you been?" Asked Charlotte.

"Well, I ended up having a sleepover in a treehouse with all the boys." I stated.

"Did anything happen with Benny?" Smirked Charlotte.

Butterflies ran through my stomach remembering last night, "We made out."

Both Jacky and Charlotte's jaw dropped. Jacky seemed to be hurt, which I didn't know why, but Charlotte gave me a huge hug, "I'm so happy for you Rowan!"

"Yeah, but now I have to go home to deal with Jordan and my dad. I told Jordan I spent the night with you though."
