Lisa's POV

ELLE!

"Don't just stand there! CALL AN AMBULANCE!" I shouted at the people who are just looking at us on the ground.

Minutes later I heard the siren of the police and ambulance. The police are here to investigate the crime. The nurses are carrying Elle on the stretcher and bringing her inside the ambulance.

I opened my phone and quickly called Jennie but she's not answering so I texted her instead.

Something happened to Elle, come and meet me at the hospital.

I sent the message and I rode the ambulance and sit beside Elle. Rose is driving my car.

Jennie's POV

I was in the middle of a meeting when my secretary interrupted us. She said an unknown number called me and even leave a message. She gave my phone to me and I check who called. Worry and fear filled my whole being while I am reading the short message.

"Cancel this meeting I have to go." I said then I storm out of the meeting room and went directly to my office to get my things.

I rode my private elevator that led me to my private parking. I went inside my car and start the engine. I drove as fast as I can to be at the hospital immediately.

When I arrive at the hospital I park my car and run inside the hospital reception.

"Elle Jane Kim." I told the receptionist

"ICU, third floor left side." She answered. I quickly take the stairs since it would take long to ride the elevator.

When I arrive at the third floor, I immediately saw Lisa looking so very messed up. Her hair is very messy, her eyes are red as fuck and her clothes are stained with blood. Worry is consuming my whole being right now.

I run to her. "What happened?" I asked her while panting real hard.

As soon as she face me tears start to form at the tip of her eyes. "It's my fault Jennie. I messed again. I kept on disappointing you. I'm sorry." She cried her heart out.

"I didn't take care of her. This is all my fault I'm so sorry." She said then she kneel down in front of me.

"Hey Lisa, stand up. Your sorry has nothing to do right now." I said then she stand up. We both sit on the bench near the ICU.

"I was on the phone with someone when it happened. I don't know who I am talking to but he is always sending me messages saying that he will get his revenge on me. At first, I didn't put any attention to his messages but it's getting annoying each day. Earlier while we were on the park, that man called me, he said that he'll kill my daughter and he's done to all of us." She told me.

"I'm dying to know. Jennie, is Elle my daughter?" She asked me. I think this is the right time to unfold the lost chapter of our story.

I nodded "Yes Lisa, She's our daughter." I said that made her tear up again.

"Why did you hide the truth to me?" She asked, frustration is visible in her face.

"It's not my intention to not tell you about Elle. I was forced to shut my mouth." I said to her.

She looked at me "W-what do you mean?" She asked.

"Remember the day I broke up with you?" She nodded "That's the same day I found out that I'm carrying our daughter in my tummy." She started sobbing. I know she's hurt like how I am when I broke up with her.
