𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙤𝙣 𝙖 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙤𝙧, he wasn't walking anywhere as he had no rhythm to his footsteps it was almost as if he was gliding down the cold clinical corridor, he passed many uninteresting identical grey doors as he made his way to the door of interest, it was shined upon by the corridor light... highlighting the peculiar doorknob.
He feels the light bathing him as he reaches out to the doorknob, his hand grasps it and he turns it, yet the door does not budge, it is locked, yet he had this agonizing desperation to see what was beyond it.
He slams and bangs on the door, yet nothing happens.
Harry's eyes snap open, and he is staring at the roof of the Gryffindor common room, he winces as he touches his scar in pain, a great agonising pain that does not seem to go away. He looks down to his left to see the blurred image of Ophelia curled into his chest, resting peacefully, he sighed in relief as he let himself calm down a little, pressing a kiss to the space between her eyebrows he watched her nose wrinkle in such an adorable way he smiled to himself, taking her hand in his he moved it over his chest as he closed his eyes once again and hoped he wasn't forced to see another nightmare.
"Harry... Harry... it's time to wake up..." Phee said in a soft voice, as she gently pulled him upright, he let out a tired incoherent rumble about five more minutes as he pulled Phee back down ontop of his chest.
"Harry it's Quidditch Practice today remember? You and Ron need to get up and have breakfast... come on, I'll make you apple crumble and custard afterwards?" she encouraged, pushing his glasses onto his face.
"You smell nice..." he mumbled into her hair as he kissed the crown of her head, "You always so smell good..."
"I probably won't smell great today, I've agreed to have a match with Eleanor and Vivian today, she's put together a small team, I think it's a boy's vs girl thing..."
"Mmm?" said Harry, cracking an eye open, "What position are you?"
"Seeker." she said with a smile, as Harry's eyes cracked wide open at that "Learned from the best didn't I?"
"How come you didn't mention it? I'll join the boys team if you want?"
"I figured Angelina would have whipped you into shape...Maybe if you have time after Quidditch Practice, come on, we best get dressed. I'll meet you downstairs in about 20 minutes... sound good?" said Ophelia, kissing the tip of his nose lightly
Harry nodded, as Ophelia leaned back, pulling him back up with both hands before the two of them dashed upstairs to get changed into their individual gear. Harry chucked his quidditch robes into a backpack and hurled it over his shoulder while he sported a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, jumping down the stairs two steps at a time he sat on the edge of a table as he made sure his wand was tucked in his jean pocket.
"You ready?" asked Phee's voice from behind him, turning his head he blinked a couple of times as he took in her appearance.
Volleyball shorts, a black and white baseball tea and his hoodie tucked under her arm, with a backpack thrown over her shoulder. Her hair was down and framing her face, and he didn't realise his mouth was hanging open until Ophelia reached forward to shut it.
"I'll take that as a yes then?" she said with a grin, he nodded just as Ron descended the stairs, also with a bag over his shoulder.
"Mornin'" he called grumpily
"Sleep alright?" Asked Ophelia, nudging him gently with her elbow.
Ron nodded and said "M'hungry.."
"Well, we're heading down to the Great Hall now, come on." Said Ophelia, as Harry moved to hold his bag in front of him as he walked, trying not to draw attention to a growing feature of interest which he was absolutely mortified by, but understood where it came from.
