Chapter 19

I love Sanemi sm- i literally only shift to demon slayer for him and Kyojuro <3

Sora was awoken by the smell of food being made, and she sat up. She was on a futon in the living room, and she couldn't fully remember how she got there. All she remembered was waking up from her talk with Ryo.

Sora got up, walking to the kitchen area and peaking in. Sanemi was cooking something, and he had a cute apron on.

She held in her laughs, and just stood there quietly. She couldn't believe what she was seeing, and it was kind of cute. He was cooking her breakfast, and was wearing a cute blue apron. What more could a girl want?

"I know you are standing there Sora. Have you not seen a man cook food in your life?" Sanemi sighed, and Sora pouted as she emerged from her spot behind the door.

"I just think its cute is all!" She smiled, blush dusting his cheeks.

"Whatever. You are just in time, i made breakfast." Sanemi said, placing the food on two plates. Sora cheered, her stomach growling lightly as she made her way to the bathroom to wash her hands before eating.

When she came out of the bathroom, Sanemi had placed the food on the table, and was already sitting and waiting for her. She smiled, sitting down across from him.

The food was delicious, and Sora was happy to be eating such amazing food. It really filled her up, and she couldn't eat as much as she wanted to. Since she was going to be practicing the 7th form, she would need a lot of energy. Luckily Sanemi had made an energy packed breakfast.

"So how long will you be staying with me? I am going to be training all day today, if you wanted to join?" Sora asked, helping him with the dishes.

"I guess i could join you, i have nothing better to do anyways." He said, and she smiled.

"Perfect!"

After Sora fed the kittens and played with them for a bit, her and Sanemi went out to the training area. She was nervous to see how she was going to hold up doing it, because she had only ever done it once in her "dream".

"Im a bit nervous, not going to lie." She chuckled, holding her sword. Sanemi looked at her in confusion, not knowing why. "Ah, i never told you! Im practicing the 7th form of rainbow breaths. Ive never really done it properly yet, so im afraid of what might happen when i do use it. Ive heard some bad things about what.. no, never mind, ignore what i said."

He didn't question her any further, just watched her get in stance. It was different from the rest of them, and he knew he was going to have to step back so he wouldn't get in the way.

After taking a couple deep breaths, Sora tilted her blade at the right angle, and made sure her back leg was straight before attempting it.

Rainbow breathing hidden form: gods colours of divinity!

Her attack sent a powerful blow of rainbow slashes at all directions in front of her as she moved without thinking, slicing anything that got in the way. It destroyed the dummies, leaving barely anything left of them that was recognizable.

"Oh.. geez.." she panted, putting her sword away. It took more energy than it did with Ryo, and she was shocked. It did a lot more damage than she would have imagined.

"What the fuck just happened?" Sanemi said with surprise, looking at the pathway in front of Sora. He looked over at her quickly, hearing her panting for air. "Are you okay Sora?"
