Naoko sounds kinda hot ngl- i kind of imagine him as one of those dads that everyone has a crush on. We have all had a crush on a dad at one point.. right..??
-.-.-<3-.-.-
"Welcome back, Sora." A males voice chirped, watching Sora sit up as she rubbing her head. She looked around at the familiar settings, and realized who she was with. It was one of Ryo's friends.
"You're.. Naoko, right?" She said, looking at him. He smiled softly, pleased she remembered his name.
"That is correct."
"Why am i here now?" She asked, now sitting fully up. Naoko shifted slightly on the rock, making eye contact with Sora.
"Its going to be difficult for you to wake up, Sora. Enjoy your time here, hm?" He smiled, still holding eye contact with her.
She felt her gut twist with a dreaded feeling, and she thought about his words.
'The feeling before fainting was different, and now he is saying ill have a hard time waking up.. what does this all mean..'
As she thought about what he had said, Naoko stood up from his seat and grabbed two wooden swords.
"Since it will be a bit before you go back, why don't you train with me?" He said, grabbing her attention. She looked a bit confused, but reluctantly stood up. He tossed her a sword, a grin on his face. "I used to train against Ryo when he was just a kid. I basically made him who he was back then. It will be nice to train with his successor."
Before Sora could ask any questions, Naoko when straight for offence and charged at her with the sword.
She got in stance, and blocked his attack simply. Though she was unable to use rainbow breathing there, she still had her skills used to enhance it.
The two fought against each other, Sora fairing well against him to his surprise. She managed to land multiple hits on him, but the amounts he got on her was far larger than she liked.
"No wonder you're his successor, you have some great skill!" He praised, the two standing facing each other. "Though, as some feedback, your attacks are predictable and you lack the right amount of speed to pull of one of the moves. You need to get more in touch with your body and your mind, Sora. You will soar the arts of rainbow breathing once you truly find yourself. No pun intended!"
Sora just looked at him as he laughed at him joke, and she took in what he had said to her.
"Ahh, sorry for that! Anywho, lets fight some more this is fun!" Naoko grinned, standing up straight and gripping the wooden sword. Sora nodded, and the two continued to fight.
After a while they stopped training, and just sat down. Naoko talked about how Ryo was when he was a kid, and how they had met. They talked about anything to pass the time.
Once the smoky figure could be seen walking towards the area, Naoko stood up.
"It was lovely seeing you again, kid. I wish you luck on your journey, and pray you stay safe." Naoko smiled, and Sora thanked him before she felt the cold smoke touch the back of her head.
She became engulfed in the black liquid, and she held her breath as she waited to be brought back.
Sora could tell something was wrong, as she had started to lose air. Normally she would've been brought back before she ran out of oxygen, but it was different. Like Naoko had subtly stated before.
She started panicking, worried something had happened.
A second before she inhaled too much liquid, she felt the warm fuzzy feeling, then she could hear talking.
