Chapter 35

I suck at posting chapters now- i have pre-written chapters and i can never post them on time. Anyways we are getting closer to the end! Be prepared for some emotions ;)

"So Sora.." Mitsuri smiled, the two of them finishing up their training session. Sora sighed with a light chuckle, wiping her forehead clear of sweat with the hem of her haori. She nodded, allowing Mitsuri to continue. "When we hung out for your birthday, i saw you and Sanemi holding hands! Then you two left the group and you stayed at his estate that night! I wanna know whats going on with you two!"

Sora blushed, sitting down in the shade as Mitsuri talked excitedly. Mitsuri sat down beside her, looking for an answer.

"It was nothing, really. I had a headache from lack of sleep, so he suggested i left. We hung out for a bit in this really pretty place, then i stayed at his place." Sora shrugged, acting as if it were nothing. Mitsuri frowned, and Sora caved into her poutiness. "I don't know, Kanroji. Im confused with my emotions right now. I think Kyo might even like me, because of what he had asked me at Yuri's party.."

"Ooo! What did he say?" Mitsuri said all happy, hopping slightly.

"He asked if i liked Nemi. Then he just shrugged it off and blamed it on sake; which wasn't even at the party." Sora said, leaning back on her palms. Mitsuri looked at Sora with a shocked look, making her worry slightly.

"Sora!! Kyojuro likes you!" She squealed, and Sora slapped her hand over her mouth quickly, scaring Mitsuri.

"You can't be shouting that out! Who knows who could be listening, Kanroji." Sora scolded, and Mitsuri nodded after a second.

"Still," Mitsuri started after Sora removed her hand, "thats a big thing! If both of them like you, its a total love triangle! You'll need to choose between the two! It'll be a fight for your love!"

Sora sighed, knowing no matter what she said, Mitsuri would still shout and squeal at it.

"We've had a talk about this before Kanroji. I don't have time for love. I slack off in my training enough, I don't have time to be dabbling in this when Muzan could appear at any moment. I need to be ready to take him down. No matter what."

"Aghh you're such a party pooper Sora! Have some fun!" Mitsuri said, getting up. "I have plans to relax in the hot springs today, so Tomioka is going to be with you!"

"Okay, thank you for training with me Kanroji." Sora smiled, getting up and walking Mitsuri to the door.

As Mitsuri was leaving, Giyu was just walking up.

"You have a cut on your cheek, Sora." Giyu said plainly, walking up the steps of her estate. Sora sighed, bringing her fingers up to her cheek to feel the warm liquid slowly drip down her face.

"Why didn't Kanroji tell me. Thank you for letting me know, Tomioka." Sora said, and he nodded gently.

"Tomioka, what would you like to do?" Sora asked, the two of them sitting in the main room. They had just finished eating, and now they had nothing left to do. The sun had started to set, and the moon was as bright as ever.

"I don't know." He said plainly, resting back on his palms. Sora sighed, tapping her finger on her leg as she bit the inside of her cheek.
